The most important, on my understanding, in such situations – not to panic and not to undertake any hasty (often not correct) decisions which can do more harm to health, than advantage.

With my growth in hundred sixty centimeters and such big "plus" in weight, the long and systematized work on itself is necessary. Of course, it is not simple, it is necessary to accustom itself to a bit different way of life.

The program consists of several points, most precisely than three:

1. Competent food.
2. Fasting days.
3. Physical activity.

Perfectly I understand that it not the latest opening, but I advise to esteem further. Let's sort all three points one after another.

Competent food
My diet not strongly differs from usual, but caloric content its much is less. For breakfast I surely eat porridge. It is not so important for me that speak about this food, but for what then we try to feed our children with this dish every morning? Just because rolled into one we receive both energy, and still a heap of useful substances. You will not argue with it. But you remember that porridge for itself should be cooked, unlike the nursery, on water and without butter. Physical activity
