Any fresh fruit and vegetable juice will be useful. And complicating digestion of iron coffee and tea are harmful.

What diets would not be considered, always irreplaceable in human food are vegetables and fruit, grain cereals, meat, fish, chicken. The balanced diet with presence of these products guarantees enrichment of an organism necessary nutrients and vitamins that increases the organism resilience to catarrhal diseases, stimulates physical and cerebration.
