2. Half-glass of dried fruits and quarter of a glass of nuts.
3. Boiled egg.
4. Low-calorie yogurt.
Dinner

2. Piece of boiled meat, spinach, pear, glass of skim milk.
3. Chicken and rice, glass of skim milk.
4. 2 eggs hard-boiled crude carrots vegetable oil salad.
Before going to bed glass of kefir.
In fight against excess weight not all means are good. Do not refuse to yourself proteins, fats and carbohydrates, do not exhaust yourself with unnecessary starvations. Only when we will learn to eat properly, then our organism will earn correctly, so, we will be healthy not only from within, but also outside.
