What is the healthy, healthy nutrition? According to the leading physicians of our country, it is based on three "whales" – a variety and quality of food, moderation and regularity (rhythm).
1. Than food is more various, with that high probability of the fact that the organism receives all necessary, beginning from vitamins and minerals, and finishing with macronutrients, food fibers, the balanced amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
2. The second principle of healthy nutrition – moderation which is formulated in the known rule "always you leave because of a table with feeling of easy hunger".
3. The third factor is a regularity, or a food rhythm which on the importance can be put on the first place. Experts pay attention that regular food is not always fractional food (i.e. 4-5 meals a day). The regularity is an observance of a rhythm, the schedule of meal. For example, the great philosopher Kant ate all life twice a day. In the morning he had breakfast, then made long walk, then worked. And at 5 o'clock at him in the house it is regular, day by day, for decades, the big company gathered. Guests were treated with a plentiful tasty lunch and conducted hours-long conversations on the most different concerning subjects. It is a food rhythm, the correct rhythm, despite only two meals too.

Proceeding from these problems it is necessary to recommend yogurt with this or that pro-biotic bacterium. For example the yogurt enriched ActiRegularis Bifidobacteria at daily consumption regulates time of passing of food on digestive tract, especially at persons inclined to a lock.
Speaking about functional food, it is important to note that food – nevertheless not medicine. Therefore for achievement of steady effect it is not enough to receive medical treatment as it happens to medications. Recommending to observe fundamentals of healthy nutrition, it is necessary to emphasize what so should be done constantly. It has to become a habit for the rest of life.
