Speaking about functional food, it is important to note that food – nevertheless not medicine. Therefore for achievement of steady effect it is not enough to receive medical treatment as it happens to medications. Recommending to observe fundamentals of healthy nutrition, it is necessary to emphasize what so should be done constantly. It has to become a habit for the rest of life.
