We offer the short review fitness of the directions which did not so long ago cross border of our homeland.
NIA
Free interpretation of an abbreviation of NIA – "neuromuscular interaction". NIA as the fitness movement arose in the USA in the late eighties, but only now reached Russia. It is possible to call this direction synthesis of aerobics and psychotherapy. From the last - emphasis on removal of psychological clips, disposals of a stress and acquisition of skills of a relaxation. Externally the program represents a peculiar aerobic mix: it includes elements of Pilates, aerobics, yoga, melt-chi, national dance and jazz. NIA task – to learn to weaken and listen to the body. It is the simplest to make it in the measured and smooth movement. For this purpose during the training quiet, but at the same time not meditative music sounds. From outside occupation reminds chaotic Brownian motion, but in this movement – an essence. NIA perfectly trains nervous system, reduces stress and plus to it gives classical load of all groups of muscles. The only lack of NIA is that the direction it for us new, and good instructors is not enough so far. Not everyone fitness clubs is able to afford the expert with the foreign diploma, and amateur performance is not welcomed here: at best from such trainings just there will be no advantage, in the worst – harm can be done.
Girokinezis
Girokinezis was invented by the Romanian dancer Jules Horvat in the seventies of the XX century. Having suffered a spine injury during the performance, Jules Horvat refused medical intervention and preferred an unusual way of treatment – sport. He invented the exercises promoting fast restoration of a backbone and joints. Later he united these exercises in a system and called its girokinezisy. Some the exercise machine creating additional resistance during the training - Gyrotonic was invented a time later. The principle of its action is based on the movement of a body in all planes. Now girokinezis it is actively applied both in industry fitness, and in rehabilitation medicine – to reduction of a body in a form after injuries, especially sports.
Girokinezis trains first of all joints. All movements are carried out around or on a spiral and give soft and uniform loading which at the same time does not tire joints. Special attention is paid to a backbone and, mainly, chest department. Therefore girokinezis it is very much recommended to round-shouldered people. These exercises promote correction of a bearing. If girokinezis in pure form the phenomenon rather rare for Russian the fitness of the industry, then Gyrotonic rather often meets in fitness clubs.
Hot Yoga

On the one hand, absolutely new direction of fitness, with another – for a long time fashionable and popular yoga, only a little modified. Essentially jotas of the yogi differs from classical yoga in the fact that occupation takes place in the room in which air heats up to 40 degrees Celsius. At such temperature the body of any person becomes more flexible and elastic therefore the advantage of a training increases repeatedly. Besides, sweating increases that promotes clarification of an organism from the slags and toxins which are coming out together with then.

In three months regular (not less than two times a week) trainings you will see that you are capable of it about what you did not suspect. Together with it you will become more balanced, quiet, less subject to a stress. The yoga is not physical culture, but the whole philosophy aimed at achievement of harmony.
Jukari Fit to Fly

Essentially new direction of fitness which just now wins world fitness community. The basis was formed by trainings of air acrobats under the big top – in strongly simplified look, certainly. The special equipment Fly Set which is a rope with several loops which fastens to a ceiling on hinged connection that allows it to rotate by 360 degrees was for this purpose developed. Bodi-balet gives moderate, but intensive load of all groups of muscles, perfectly tightens problem zones and corrects a bearing, giving it pride. If ballerinas are forced for six hours a day to dance on the tips of the toes, then in fitness option nobody will demand similar feats from you. Bodi-balet incorporated only what is useful that does a body beautiful, but does not deform it. In expensive fitness clubs and dancing schools of occupation go to the live music that in itself it is much more pleasant, than any record. Elements of yoga and Pilates train those muscles which we usually do not use as they can be involved only in static poses and asanas which we hardly accept in usual life.
BOSU

"Bosu balance trainer" is an exercise machine which name is deciphered as "Both Sides Use", i.e. "It is used on both sides". Externally it is similar to a half of a ball, at the same time in a training both the soft hemisphere and a flat and rigid return surface is used. When performing exercises on this exercise machine not only the main groups of muscles, but also the small muscles stabilizers which are responsible for maintaining balance actively get into gear. Bosu gives uniform load of muscles, at the same time, unlike traditional fitness, practically without loading joints.
Stiletto

This direction is not for the present in Russia, but it already actively wins the European countries. Italian the fitness of the instructor was understood that to convince women it is impossible to replace high heels with comfortable and harmless sneakers. Women will carry all the same hairpins with what consequences it would not threaten. The way out was found: the new direction of fitness developed especially for women. Trainings take place in the most unseemly footwear for these purposes – shoes on heels. Stiletto represents a special set of exercises which are carried out high-heeled, and are designed to strengthen certain muscles, sheaves and joints of legs to minimize harm from daily carrying heels. Besides, these exercises perfectly tighten muscles of legs, especially hips and buttocks, strengthen a backbone and improve a bearing. And also do gait more graceful and seductive.
