To skilled phytocuties who spend the best years in the fitness centers my article will hardly be interesting. And here to girls who will of circumstances save each ruble now or physically have no time for the fitness centers, or live where there are no fitness centers, and there is a wish to be engaged, I will show several simple and several difficult exercises which it is possible (and it is necessary) to carry out, without leaving the house.
1. An extension on a cross split with use of easy chairs
2. An extension on a longitudinal twine with use of upholstered furniture
3. An extension on a longitudinal twine, standing on hands with a support in the form of a case
4. A handstand with an insurance in the form of a case and a door/wall
5. Extension of a back surface of legs in a handstand
6. Strengthening of a back and buttocks with use of a sofa
7. Extension of a backbone with stretching of a front surface of hips
8. And I will show bodybuilding on house in this small video.
