I choose new routes and I study new places, it is very interesting. I adore buying new sneakers for run, t-shirts, clothes – what woman will refuse shopping! And I have an additional reason "to be run" on shops.
For me there is no bad weather, change of weather – it only diversifies my sorties. I very much fell in love with all this – such simple pleasures!
3. Run gives me self-confidence!
It gives me the chance not to pay attention to my internal critic. All of us know what he is a destroyer! I learned to concentrate only on what I do, not to pay attention to opinions from outside. When I run, I never have a bad mood. Run me kind of "switches" from a negative to a positive. And the positive spirit is already half-affairs on the way of finding of confidence in the forces.
4. Run is a communication with the nature!
As I already spoke, I run under any weather conditions and at all seasons of the year. In the spring I enjoy that I can look with the first at awakening of the nature, I always see the first kidneys, the first flowers, and I notice how ducks fly from the South on our pond.
I adore summer warm evenings in the summer. And in the fall I like to pass to new clothes, new sneakers, everywhere slush, and I run such beautiful and vigorous! The winter gives me fine emotions when from the warm apartment I run out on frosty air, I enjoy snow-covered trees …
5. Run allows me to remain harmonious.

12. Run is the most available fitness.
Perhaps it and is not so prestigious – simply to run. I do not buy expensive subscriptions in fitness club, I do not go to the fashionable phytobar after the trainings, I do not follow the sports fashion, buying only what I consider convenient and beautiful for myself … But I do not think that I receive less energy from the occupations and health. And money at the same time I spend much less.
