German diet

It is one of the longest diets. It lasts 7 weeks. It is developed by the German nutritionists especially for people with an excess weight. During this diet in 7 weeks it is possible to lose 18 kilograms.

The diet demands calculation of calories. And its basic principle – decrease in caloric content, but gradual. Caloric content decreases every new week of a diet. Thus, the smallest number of calories is consumed on the 7th week. It excludes a stressful syndrome which the majority of diets when people are not able to reduce caloric content sharply has.

The majority of diets begin with sharp decrease in number of calories and gradually take them. In the German diet all on the contrary.

During all German diet it is necessary to refuse alcoholic beverages completely. It is possible to drink only water and in any quantity, at the same time the simple drinking water aerated is recommended and mineral are excluded.

Menu of a 7 weeks German diet

The first week
- Monday: to drink only water, more is nothing. Water volume – up to 5 liters.
- From Tuesday to Sunday the diet is not kept, it is possible to return to a habitual diet.



The second week
- Monday: to drink only water, to 5 liters.
- Tuesday: 2 kg of grapefruits, 2 l of water.
- From Wednesday to Sunday: the diet is not kept, a usual diet.

The third week
- Monday: to drink only water, to 5 liters.
- Tuesday: 2 kg of grapefruits, 2 l of water.
- Wednesday: 2 kg of apples, 2 l of water.
- Thursday through Sunday: the diet is not kept, a usual diet.

The fourth week
- Monday: to drink only water, to 5 liters.
- Tuesday: 2 kg of grapefruits, 2 l of water.
- Wednesday: 2 kg of apples, 2 l of water.
- Thursday: are fresh squeezed out fruit (except banana) or vegetable juice in any quantity throughout the day.
- From Friday to Sunday: the diet is not kept, a usual diet.

The fifth week
- Monday: to drink only water, to 5 liters.
- Tuesday: 2 kg of grapefruits, 2 l of water.
- Wednesday: 2 kg of apples, 2 l of water.
- Thursday: are fresh squeezed out fruit (except banana) or vegetable juice.
- Friday: low-fat yogurt (1% of fat content) or low-fat kefir throughout the day in any quantity.
- From Saturday to Sunday: the diet is not kept, the usual diet to try not to abuse high-calorific dishes.



The sixth week
- Monday: to drink only water, to 5 liters.
- Tuesday: 2 kg of grapefruits, 2 l of water.
- Wednesday: 2 kg of apples, 2 l of water.
- Thursday: are fresh squeezed out fruit (except banana) or vegetable juice.
- Friday: low-fat yogurt (1% of fat content) or low-fat kefir.
- Saturday: Up to 1 kg of boiled pineapple or a vegetable marrow (not tinned!)
- Sunday: the diet is not kept, the usual diet to try not to abuse high-calorific dishes.

The seventh week
- Monday: to drink only water, to 5 liters.
- Tuesday: 2 kg of grapefruits, 2 l of water.
- Wednesday: 2 kg of apples, 2 l of water.
- Thursday: are fresh squeezed out fruit (except banana) or vegetable juice.
- Friday: low-fat yogurt (1% of fat content) or low-fat kefir.
- Saturday: Up to 1 kg of boiled pineapple or a vegetable marrow (not tinned!)
- Sunday: to drink only water, more is nothing. Water volume – up to 5 liters.

Pluses and minuses of the German diet

+ Extra kilos do not return! However, only if you pass completely to healthy food and the correct mode. In this case the effect of a diet can last many years!
+ Practically all Saturdays and Sundays are not present any restrictions in food, it does a diet easy for family people and for working.

- Demands consultation with the doctor if you suffer from any indispositions, diseases, chronic diseases.
