Take average pumpkin (1.5 - 2 kg), cut off a lid and clean seeds. In such pot put the following mix: mix a glass of the rice boiled to a half of readiness with a handful of the washed-out raisin (it is also possible to add a handful of the cut dried apricots) and a handful of the crushed nuts (here the matter of taste, is better to take a filbert or walnut, though almonds will be good). The filled pot put on an hour one and a half in an oven. When the dish is ready, before giving to a table fill it with a honey tablespoon (if there is no allergy if is – better to eat that without such gas station).

In the fall, after the first frosts, I still collect a mountain ash and I display on paper (baking sheet) in a cage (it is possible on a balcony), it is possible them and to dry. These wonderful berries are added to compote together with dried fruits too, and still I add them to water for rinsing in a bath. Two handfuls of berries are worn out in hot water a little (but not boiled water), then water is diluted up to the necessary temperature, and the taken-out berries, develop in a gauze sack and warm up. The sack together with the mashed berries is put back in water.
