The fourth day

Breakfast: toasts with jam, 2 pieces; green tea, 1 cup.
Lunch: boiled fish, 250 g; mineral water, 1 cup.
Dinner: vegetable hard cheese salad, 250 g; green tea, 1 cup.

The sixth day
Breakfast: dietary small loafs, 2 pieces; green tea, 1 cup.
Lunch: boiled chicken, 250 g; crude cabbage salad, 250 g; green tea, 1 cup.
Dinner: the hard-boiled eggs, 2 pieces; 1 crude polished carrots salad with 1 tsp of vegetable oil, 250 g; green tea, 1 cup.

The seventh day
Breakfast: hard cheese, several slices; cracker, 2 pieces; green tea, 1 cup.
Lunch: boiled beef, 250 g; fresh vegetables and fruit, 250 g; green tea, 1 cup.
