It is necessary to us:
forcemeat - gram 800 (up to 1 kg), pork with beef - the best combination (but it is possible any, only chicken and indyushiny meat cook less)

eggs - 2-3 pieces (I at first 2 took, and then decided that is necessary for 3)
mushrooms - it is not enough, gram 100
salt, pepper, seasonings to taste
sunflower oil for frying
flour for an obvalivaniye
water for suppression

We begin with a stuffing.
We cook hard boiled eggs (I in the microwave cooked):

We mold at first even quantity of balls from forcemeat, I had 14:

We take one ball, we spread it on a palm in the form of flat cake and we put in the middle a stuffing. We turn in the center of edge of forcemeat and we form zrazas. I did zrazas with egg forcemeat oblong, and with mushroom - round that it was possible to distinguish:


I do all zrazas at once then not to rush on rescue of burned slightly.
We take a frying pan, we pour slightly oil and we put a frying pan to heat up. And nearby we put a plateau with flour.

Each zraza is accurately rolled slightly in flour and we put on a frying pan. We fry slightly, only that grabbed:


While the first party is fried, I put a pan nearby and we spread the second half of the fried onions on a bottom (the first went to egg forcemeat):
