Chicken rolls with mushrooms
Hello, dear girls!
All once again with come New year!!! I wish all good luck, health and beauty!!!
I thought that I lost photos of several more dishes which were on our table, but HURRAH!!! They were! And I can share them with you, my dear now.
The dish which I prepare not once any more was the most tasty for us with the husband. And the recipe initial Alla showed me alarm clock on the Scullion.
So, we will begin.
What is necessary:
chicken brisket, I had chicken schnitzels which are already cut - 500 grams
one bulb
three mushrooms
mustard
liquid cream
cheese piece (gram 100)
little sunflower oil
salt and pepper
At first through a film I beat off pieces of chicken. If took whole chicken fillet, then it should be cut across fibers, and then to beat off:
To salt, pepper and postpone away:
Meanwhile we grate cheese and we cut very thin shtiftika the washed mushrooms:
We start production of rolls. We display each beaten-off piece of chicken breast on a dostochka and it is accurately cut on stripes (lengthways or across - does not matter), we grease thinly with mustard and we spread at first a little grated cheese, and then the mushrooms cut:
And accurately we turn rolls:
I had not enough meat therefore it turned out here so much:
Now we take a lukovichka, we clean and we cut on quarters, and then it is thin on stripes:
Also we spread on the frying pan watered with sunflower oil (somewhere a tablespoon):
And on other ring we put one more frying pan, we pour oil and we spread a seam rolls down:
We roast slightly onions, we spread the remained mushrooms, we extinguish. We fry rolls on the one hand and we overturn (if some wants to open, then we fix it a toothpick):
I had four more chicken legs which I beforehand roasted and slightly extinguished. If they were not, I would put mushrooms in rolls, and so it was necessary to do on the contrary: to shift rolls to mushrooms and on ostvsheesya the place legs just went in:
I fill in all with liquid cream (in a jar of 200 ml) and I fill up with the cheese remains:
I close a cover and I extinguish minutes 15-20. Cheese will thaw, mushrooms will become impregnated with cream, rolls and legs will be stewed in creamy taste and voila!!!
We spread on a dish and we give:
The most tasty garnish to rolls is a rice boiled or with spices (I such in the microwave do, posts are) or mashed potatoes. But by tradition for New year my husband receives the fried potato. And with it rolls very nicely made friends.
