Chicken brisket orientally in the microwave
Hello, dear girls!!!
Not so long ago I wanted to share the recipes for the microwave, but my assistant, alas, ceased to work. It was necessary new to buy and, of course, for a start to prepare several simple dishes. The new microwave works well, and now I will be able to make and show all that I am able to do. Here such now at me MV:
Today I did in the microwave chicken brisket orientally.
That it is necessary to us:
chicken brisket - 4 pieces (about 600 gr)
soy sauce - 4 tablespoons.
sugar - 3 tablespoons.
vinegar - 2 tablespoons (we have 5.4%)
garlic - 1 teeth (but fans and two can put)
ginger - a small piece
sunflower oil for greasing of a form
Everything prepares very simply. At first we will prepare everything for sauce:
We grate garlic and ginger on a small terochka (if there is no opportunity to use natural ginger, then it is possible to take a powder, 1 teaspoon):
And further everything goes on the score 2-3-4:
2 tablespoons of vinegar:
3 tablespoons of sugar:
4 tablespoons of soy sauce:
And everything is accurately stirred:
Retreat: I this recipe call one-two-three-four. Because it is necessary to measure 1 chesnochok and ginger - 2 tablespoons of an uskus - 3 tablespoons of sugar - 4 tablespoons of soy sauce. And it is very easy to remember the recipe in these figures.
Now we take glass (or another suitable for MV) a form and we oil sunflower:
We stack the washed chicken breast (thin pieces in the middle, are thicker - closer to edges):
We fill in accurately from above sauce (sugar is practically not dissolved therefore by a spoon it is accurately lifted from a bottom):
WITHOUT COVERING we put a form in the microwave:
Also we expose:
full capacity (I have 1000 W) and time of 10 minutes. If the power of 800 W, then time need to be increased up to 13-14 minutes.
When the signal works, to wait several minutes (from 3 to 5-10) and to take out here such beauty, trying not to choke saliva with an unforgettable smell:
We add a garnish - rice because it is perfectly combined with sauce best of all approaches - and the tasty lunch or a dinner turns out:
On a plate chicken breast, red rice and marinated pepper.
Addition 1: in the same way it is possible to prepare and chicken ham, only they should be cut.
Addition 2: producers of microwaves Panasonic (my all such) advise ready dishes to take after a signal even minutes 5-10 for "maturing". As a last resort to take out a dish and to pack into aluminum foil for the same 10 minutes.
Addition 3: this recipe was found by my father many years back in one of the first Russian-language newspapers of Germany. Alas, no data remained...
One more addition, No. 4: the taste is really east, in the direction of Chinese-Japanese cuisine.
