Pickled cabbage and salad with it

Happy New Year! With new happiness!
Without snack it is difficult to imagine a New Year's table, and we cook different salads, we get preparations. In our family a few years ago the younger daughter began to prepare a marinated kapustka, and I already with it do salad. Everything becomes very simply.
Products:
cabbage fresh - 1 kg
carrots
sunflower oil - 180 - 200 ml
vinegar of 5.4% - 180 - 200 ml
salt - 1 tablespoon
sugar - 2 tablespoons
For salad in addition boiled potatoes, onions and pepper.
At first thinly we slice cabbage:
Then we do marinade:
in a pan we pour oil (an incomplete glass in 200 ml) and vinegar (an incomplete glass of 200 ml too), we fill salt and sugar. We allow to heat up to the first bubbles:
We remove from a plate and we pour cabbage, we mix:
We allow to stand about 12 hours (conveniently to do in the evening). Then we take one chishchenny and washed carrot:
Also we grate directly in cabbage. We mix:
Cabbage is ready!
But I like to do simple salad of this kapustka more:
Beru of a little otavarny potato also I clean it, I clean one lukovichka and I cut all this in cubes:
Cabbage and potato I take equally. I put everything in a salad bowl and I mix, having a little peppered (salt and sunflower oil already are in cabbage). Salad is ready!
Here and I put on a table on the one hand cabbage, and about other salad:
