Participation in a marathon for me was not even called into question. I do not know why, but participation in an action, somehow disciplines me.

3. Physical. loadings - the bicycle: 15 km (about an hour) a day, walking on foot for work (40 min.) and something from offered Lilley.
4. 5. Care of a body and massage the most difficult in this program, because of a lack of time. But I will be though something to do.
6. Food: of course I will listen to the organizer of a marathon, fasting days, by itself, 1-2 in a week, I will exclude white loaf and mayonnaise, and that relaxed again.

So this week there were two fasting days. In other days tried to adhere to Liliny recommendations. Of course some failures all the same were, not without it. I drink linseed oil on 1 tablespoon with milk, I add to salad and still bought a flax seed, ground, I powder in food.

Physical. loadings all week bicycle, during week-end in the morning/evening. All week I am a good fellow - went to work, from work on foot (it 40 min. + rise through aviaarches)
Care of a body, massage was not.
Two fasting days, portions reduced food, only salad is direct master's. Waters I drink about two liters, linseed oil in the mornings with milk of 1 tablespoon and I add to salad + a flax seed in the afternoon. In the evenings happens I will eat superfluous, on Saturday the husband had a professional holiday - day of the railroader, respectively cut beer with any baddy

With food it is difficult: two fasting days, and in other days break in the evenings. Linseed oil I drink two tablespoons with milk, waters about two liters in the mornings.

Care of a body consisted in scrubbing and massage. And still at last bought wrapping, mud, I very much liked a smell, tart as cheryomushky, with a taste of bitterness.
And after wrapping I am smeared kremushky for a body anti-cellulite, in the morning and in the evening.
Here so there passed this week - very quickly.

Volumes this week did not change. On food this week there were as usual two fasting days and one unsuccessful WATER-MELON day which brought +0.650 g.
Same physical loadings. I try to twist a hoop, there is no progress special, but we do not give up just like that.
Care of a body: srub, wrapping, massage, but not every day unfortunately.
This week flew even quicker, there is catastrophically not enough time.

Week began with an event, special for me, - the twentieth anniversary of family life. About it we had a small festive dinner.
Food as usual two fasting days, plus one monoden (on cottage cheese with a yogurt teaspoon). With these fasting days at me such problems with a chair, even linseed oil does not help., Happiness, happens two times a week, this week it was necessary, the senate to drink.
With physical loadings it is more difficult - very cold! Rode a bike only three times.
On leaving there was a srub and wrapping on two times, and body cream.
I drink oil and water as it is necessary.
It seems wrote everything.

The last week was not anything especially remarkable: two fasting days gave a plumb of-0.850 g, two times wrapping on a tummy and a srub in a bath. The bicycle - two times, were more once, dug potatoes. I am tired so even cream there are no forces to be smeared.
I think for this marathon I achieved goals since I planned to throw off 6 kg, but my fight for kilograms is not ended therefore I will look forward to the following marathon.
