I was late a little, but I hope, was not late with creation of the diary

Now my body looks not as it would be desirable... Recently I relaxed, and I do not limit myself in anything: I eat a lot of sweet, I can and eat very late (honor at night), I move a little and I do not do any exercises

I hope that the action "Stroyney together" will help to return me a former form!
It is a little about itself:
1. With my height of 177 cm my weight is at the moment 67 kg.

2. My purpose - to throw off kilogram 3. To tighten a body: a stomach, a bottom and to remove sides ears.
3. Physical activities - walking, run and exercises of the house.
4. Care of a body - srubs and wrappings. I will add a photo.
5. Massage - never did to itself, but it would be time to begin.
6. Food - never kept to diets, and I do not gather. I want to reduce amount of sweet, farinaceous food and mayonnaise in the diet. There are more fruit, vegetables, fishes and to drink more water.

6. Food: I accustom myself to drink more water. Began to drink linseed oil, goes it is rather heavy. In the mornings I please myself not with big yum-yum, without them absolutely to me it is sad. I eat many porridges (rice and buckwheat) and vegetables.

1. Weight: 65.4. From last week 700 grams were lowered. I am very glad

3. Physical activities remained the same, as well as on last weeks. Only foot walks were added to a lunch break.
4. From care of a body there was a hot bath in the village and srubs.
5. Did massage by a massage roller on Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
6. Replaced bread with oat small loafs. I try to eat less sweet. In the morning big breakfast, good lunch and not supper. Also there are two having a snack in the form of fruit.

1. At the moment my weight is 64.2. For the last week left 700 gr, for the entire period of an action of 2.8 kg! My objectives were almost achieved, were not enough only 200 gr!
2. My objectives almost all are achieved, the most part is executed from them.
3. Tried to run at least two times a week in the park, at home did easy exercises in the mornings, and in the evening a press, squats, attacks and a level.
4. Cut off hot water therefore leaving especially plainly was not...
5. Tried to do massage regularly, at least every other day.
6. The healthy nutrition is already given me easier, on sweet and harmful especially already and does not pull.
