The first time decided to participate in a symmetry marathon. Only observed last marathons and read diaries of participants
My purposes: to support weight, to bring into a muscle tone, to strengthen muscles of a back, a press, buttocks, hands, to improve flexibility of a backbone.
I want to put muscles to a trip to the sea in order, even to build up muscle bulk. Last year at the sea in 5 days muscles became stronger. It is blagodary to daily swimming in the sea. I did water aerobics in the sea and the pool. Very cool! Such cheerfulness is obese! Super!
In city conditions, without the sea of it it is more difficult to reach. Pools in the city are, but the bleaching powder smell is not pleasant to me.
Therefore are necessary: regular trainings with dumbbells, stomach exercises, buttocks, an asana, pranoyama, self-massage, meditations and healthy nutrition. Once again in a week I take oriental dances. I am not fond of run.
In food I am always selective. I prefer fresh fruit, vegetables... their benefit now during a season a wide choice. From animal protein I eat only eggs. I cannot but indulge myself with chocolates.
Every morning "bicycle" begins with several exercises from Pilates in beds and exercise.
In the mornings I drink clear water with lemon juice and honey, then the oat squash welded on water. This obligatory morning rule which is for many years invariable. And still in the mornings surely I pour over legs cold water. Usually I drink linseed oil for the night on a teaspoon.

THE FIRST WEEK 23-30.07

On Saturday baked oatmeal cookies without flour with walnuts and sesame. Ate 5 pieces.
I drink water on 1-1.5 liters. For some reason began to have tea a little. Can because hot.
Physical activities
In the mornings I do Surya Namaskar, then I have a shower bath cold water.
