All hello! Thanks to Lila for the organization of this pokhudatelny marathon because it is necessary for me, more than ever now!!!

The matter is that lately because of long sitting at work and constant desire to eat something, I nayet to myself absolutely excess weight, it is even a shame to sound it!!! And kind of I did not try to fight against it while it is impossible to me! I cannot collect will power in a fist, it is very necessary magic pendel!!!

For today my weight 101!!! kg with a growth - 172 cm. Nightmare!!! Actually, it is very terrible to see three-digit number on scales, and here pressure more is not stabilized in any way and legs began to swell. I cannot long do gymnastics - besides pressure increases what to do - I will cannot understand, advise, please!!!

What am I going to do? First of all, to exclude all farinaceous food and sweet, to a minimum to limit salinity (otherwise without tablets hypostases will not fall down!), all sharp and fried, seasonings. There are more porridges, fermented milk products, vegetables and fruit. Further not to injure my mentality, I think, I will put scales for about two weeks aside so far and I will measure only the main volumes as I also did it earlier, and there it will be visible!!!

Diet and water. In the morning, as always, I try to drink more water on an empty stomach. I try to eat fractionally, not to starve, but also not to eat too much. The doctor advised me to eat only at work, not to have supper even, is not in the evening in general. At once I will not be able, I will try not to eat at first after six in the evening, for the night (if it wants), kefir and/or vegetables are fruit. I will try to refuse a dinner further in general. I hope, at me it will turn out!!!

Medicines. Yes, unfortunately, they will be required to me now! Control of pressure and reception of tablets from it - it is regular. The doctor recommended me medicine from vessels + diuretic.

Gymnastics. When I go to work and back, I try to involve and extend a stomach while muscles do not begin to hurt, plus, is a little more. Gymnastics was lazy to do, I will return everything on the places. I will begin with the main exercises, strongly without straining. I will try to increase loading gradually.

Care of a body. Two times a week - scrubbing + use of wrappings and anti-cellulite means (???). For this purpose in an arsenal the following collected:

- means from "the Wreath of Siberia"


- means from "Command" (a chocolate srub and body cream, chocolate wrapping),


plus of "Nonikea" (body oil + srub).



I will alternate them courses, we will look what from this will turn out!!!

1 WEEK. 24.07 - 30.07. Weight for the beginning of an action - 101.0 kg, and on 30.07 - 100.0 kg (the kilogrammchik departed, but it slightly pleases!)

- body parameters: here at me not strongly something exchanged (a breast 104, a waist 106!!!, hips 108, biceps 34)

- care of a body: srubs (on a visit it is inconvenient to do wrappings!)

- did not do massage since so far struggled with hypostases and pressure

- tried to eat according to the drawn-up plan, but it turned out not really! Were on a visit, and there, you know, will not feed yet - you will not leave!

2 WEEK. 31.07-06.08. For today weight is 99.6 kg (-400 g). I will write measurements a bit later.

From physical loadings tried to go more, did the hidden gymnastics. Several times a day I try to go up a ladder. Yesterday there was a kitchen garden after which the back hurts. Earlier it to me well helped to grow thin!

From care of a body there were a shower and a srub.

I do massage by the massager in the form of rollers, well blood disperses.


In food there were flaws. Increased amount of the consumed liquid, I mark on a 1.5-liter bottle drunk at work. In the morning on an empty stomach I drink 1 tsp of linseed oil. I try to eat more vegetables, fruit and berries. Ate a crude vegetable marrow, for the weekend did beet salad. It is necessary to close somehow a mouth on sweet and to do more gymnastics!!!

3 WEEK. 07.08-13.08. I add cellulose to food, it at me in the form of rye bran (balls). To her Rui always when I want to eat, and water does not help any more! I hope, they to me will a little clean intestines at the same time and will adjust its work!!!


As now we have in the heat a country harvest season - try to eat more greens, vegetables and berries from a kitchen garden. Now there is a lot of plum, cucumbers only went (the very tasty!), raspberry descended, but pepper spet. I add it gradually to salad or I eat in the raw, in it there is a lot of vitamins! From greens - several types of salad, parsley, fennel. I make leaves of mint instead of black tea, red and blackcurrant, raspberry - tea turns out fragrant and useful, especially I like to make fresh leaves!


I try to carry out, at least on a minimum, gymnastics, I go out of transport a bit earlier to walk more on foot!!!

13.08. Weight for today 98.2 kg (-2.8 kg since the beginning of an action). In spite of the fact that there are flaws in food, weight at last went a little down!!!

4 WEEK. 14.08-20.08.

16.08. - It was weighed in the morning, already 97.2 kg!!! (-3.8 kg since the beginning of an action). The fact that weight goes down especially incredibly again that yesterday during the lunchtime celebrated my holiday small piece of cake! I do not know whether the fact that I try to run more at work on floors, or the use of linseed oil helps me, but the effect is!!! What will be if I begin to run in the mornings and to do gymnastics, I am even afraid to present!!!


At work the emphasis on apples and mineral water when wanted to eat helped!


Now, on a holiday, I will be more free, I will work at the dacha and to eat a pasture. I hope, process will not stop!


Yes, and still - to begin to do WRAPPINGS!!! SURELY!!!

5 WEEK. 21.08-27.08. As visited the village, weight went up! You know, at grandmothers it is impossible to refuse pancakes with cottage cheese, pelmeshka and to volume to similar!!! At 22:08 weight became 98.5 kg (+1.3 kg since last week!)

All week I struggle with appetite as I can: country works, there is more walking on foot, and, above all - a mouth on the lock!!! I eat carrot, it is a lot of apples, I still drink on a 1.5-liter bottle of mineral water in day (it became already a norm!). Weight went down, but not quickly. I think, the farther, the it will be more difficult, here already generally everything depends on food!!!

Also I drink every morning diuretic and 1 tsp of linseed oil (very well helps for clarification of intestines!)

6 WEEK. 28.08-03.09. On 29.08 weight it was a little lost, there were 97.7 kg (-3.3 kg since the beginning of an action). LAST WEEK of the HOLIDAY!!! I, to all appearances, will have it water-melon! We stocked up with watermelons a little, I will include them in the diet.


Also at the dacha tomatoes and vegetable marrows went. Bought cabbage, I will botch vegetable stews, I love stewed cabbage with red beans. I add at will fish or mushrooms, but it is possible quite and without them. Vegetables, vegetables and once again - vegetables!!!


Physical loadings. Work at the dacha, houses - in the morning and in the evening gymnastics, in the evening - a level. Since Friday at last massage began!!! Began to do me massage of a back. Let it not absolutely belong to weight loss, but here to the general state - YES!!!


Leaving. Srub, shower, self-massage. Wanted to begin to do wrappings, but CD came, and at them, in my opinion, it is impossible!

HURRAH!!! Weight is a little lost, on 03.09 - 97.0 kg! (from the beginning of an action - 4 kg!!!). For me it already well in 6 weeks, so process went!!! I will try to stick to this policy further, I hope, I will continue to grow thin gradually!!!

Marathon results. There now also our "pokhudatelny" marathon ended. As these six weeks quickly flew by!!! I will not tell that always worked according to the plan, but I after all managed to dump 4 kg!!! Volumes remained almost the same: a breast 104 (also), a waist 102 (-4 cm), hips 108 (also), a biceps 34 (also).

What came to me easily. The easiest to me was to refuse farinaceous food, there are more vegetables and fruit, to drink more water. It was already more difficult to refuse sweet, is on the mode (carbohydrates - till a lunch, in the evening - an easy dinner, in 2-3 hours prior to a dream).

What was the most difficult.
To force itself to adjust a diet. To play regularly sports. Did not make wrapping, my laziness is guilty!!!

Many thanks to Lila for the organization of a marathon!!! I hope, we will be organized further in such marathons, at least, to me it is very necessary for self-checking!!!
