My weight for the beginning of an action of 101.0 kg, for the end of an action of 97.0 kg (i.e. in six weeks minus 4.0 kg). I think, for a start result quite good, the main thing to hold it and to continue to grow thin further!



Food. As our marathon passed in the summer, tried to lean more on vegetables and fruit, the benefit on a kitchen garden is a lot of tomatoes and vegetable marrows and a season of watermelons in the heat now. Still I try to eat apples more. Still, I drink a day not less than one and a half liters of water, in the morning on an empty stomach - 1 tsp of linseed oil. Removed farinaceous food absolutely, from sweet I afford several segments of bitter chocolate for a tone.
Physical. loadings. Every day I do small gymnastics, in the evening - a level. Twice a day - the hidden gymnastics. I try to go more on foot if there is such opportunity. On a holiday tried to walk more with children, to run, jump...

Leaving. Naturally, it is a shower and srubs where in the summer without them? On Sunday, 03.09, graduated massage of a back, now I feel a little better. There was a self-massage, before wrappings were too busy...

I think, the main objective - to begin weight loss process - I after all achieved. The main thing now - not only to keep result, and to continue this useful occupation. Ideally it would be desirable to dump still at least 15 kg because they to me absolutely superfluous, we will look!!!

What I did not reach or reached not absolutely. It - to do gymnastics every day and to refuse absolutely sweet. Well though kill, but I cannot lick both of these processes into shape!!!

For the beginning of an action, 2.3 weeks: breast 104, waist 106!!!, hips 108, biceps 34.
4 week: a breast 104 (also), a waist 104 (-2 cm), hips 108 (also), a biceps 34 (also).
5 week: a breast 104 (also), a waist 104 (-2 cm), hips 108 (also), a biceps 34 (also).
6 week: a breast 104 (also), a waist 102 (-4 cm), hips 108 (also), a biceps 34 (also).
