Weight was 58.5. And now on scales 56.9, and it means that minus 1.6 by the beginning of a marathon. I will honestly tell that I also did not hope to dump the stated 3 kilograms as it really there was not a shifted figure in 58.5 whole two years. I am happy with the result.
Especially well lost centimeters in a waist. All this hoop. I twisted it 20 minutes every day in the evening, plus to it a level on a minute and since morning before a breakfast of squat of 20 times. It became especially good to turn out in the last three weeks, it was not necessary to cross through himself any more. And muscles from squats ceased to hurt (it is at first direct ached). Foot walks did not get to anywhere, it is at least 3 km a day (the house-work-house, also I go to a lunch home on foot).
Entered linseed oil on an empty stomach, limited fruit and bread to time before lunchtime. For the night I did not eat earlier, here nothing changed. Absolutely from a diet I did not even try to remove sweet not to spoil mood to itself and people around, but limited eating many times.
Added leaving: srub and wrappings. Before was not fond of it at all, but it at me did not manage to become a habit.
