I sum up the results.
This marathon for me was the most difficult of all in which I ever participated. And all because there was not a susvetny heat and, frankly speaking, there was a wish to do nothing.

However results nevertheless are. My weight for the beginning of a marathon 68.8, and now 65.3 - almost the fact that I wanted
Heat, heat, and nobody cancelled work and it was necessary to go there nevertheless. As practice showed - it is more than 3000 steps to one party + circles around a counter during the 15-hour day.
I will show screens from the pedometer program, at once I will make a reservation that in the table what I found is reflected when phone was at me. Actually it is more steps...
At registration in the program, joined the group, in it I appeared on the third place on steps

There now dealt with weight. As for volumes then it is harder and harder, to be exact in any way. Only 1.5 cm left
