In comparison with the previous "pokhudatelny" marathon, results of this running I am happy not absolutely. Of course, already it began to lose weight in 7 weeks by two kilograms - but no more! Here fault and our diseases during a marathon, and just elementary laziness and the shortage of physical activities, and my fatigue which especially collected by spring!!! I hope, absolutely will become warmer soon, diseases at last will recede and the real spring will come!!!





Food. Knowing about the problems with excess weight, I tried to lean on vegetables and slightly less to the maximum - on fruit because the cellulose use well influences digestion and promotes weight loss. Still I try to eat more apples, the benefit, for the present there were stocks from the garden.

Still, I drink a day not less than one and a half liters of water, in the morning on an empty stomach - 1 tsp of linseed oil.

Removed farinaceous food absolutely, from sweet I afford several segments of bitter chocolate for a tone, jelly fruit jelly, a zephyr (sometimes). I replaced usual bread with bran, small loafs and whole-grain bread. Also I try to use at least several times a week the sour-milk products, products rich with vitamin C (red pepper, a lemon, syrup of a dogrose, a kiwi).

From carbohydrates - various porridges, muesli. Especially porridge is pleasant. Proteins - meat, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, mushrooms. Fats - red fish, nuts. Did not forget also about dried fruits, but in limited quantity.


Physical. loadings.
Every day I do small gymnastics, in the evening - a level. Twice a day - the hidden gymnastics. I try to go more on foot if there is such opportunity. At work in a lunch break I escape and I walk as far as time allows. Also in one or two hours I am interrupted and I do small gymnastics to warm up. Houses too I carry out exercises for a back and a bearing because I have osteochondrosis, and at it without gymnastics and physical. loadings in any way!!!



Leaving. Naturally, it is a shower and srubs, application various masochek. During our marathon tried, despite everything the barriers which are not depending on me, to the maximum to find time for personal care. Did masochka for the person, used various shower gels and srubs because my mood when I come back home literally depended on it!!!



I think, the main objective - to begin weight loss process - I after all achieved. The main thing now - not only to keep result, and to continue this useful occupation.

What I did not reach or reached not absolutely. It - to do gymnastics every day and to refuse absolutely sweet. Of course, I tried while I could, do gymnastics regularly, but spring diseases literally beat out me and children from a usual track - here not to fat, to be I would live, as they say!!! And therefore very much I ask to continue carrying out pokhudatelny marathons on the website, it very much disciplines!!!

With sweet it is more difficult. Lately there were many problems, though not really big, but it was necessary to be fidgety after all. Besides, March at us is time of the birth of two our wonderful children, without sweet here in any way! On March 1 there were 5 years to the daughter, and the 29th the Birthday of the son approaches, and it means - again there will be a birthday cake!!! Honestly, I try to limit consumption of sweet on a minimum, in day I eat only a few segments of bitter chocolate, now found though some replacement - jelly fruit jelly, but too, naturally, without fanaticism!
