Food. Tried to lean more on vegetables (sweet pepper, fresh cucumbers), it is slightly less - on fruit (generally this week it were apples, pears, tangerines, oranges, grepfnut), to drink more water.

Still, I drink a day not less than one and a half liters of water, in the morning on an empty stomach - 1 tsp of linseed oil.

From healthy nutrition in my diet still remain: cottage cheese, kefir, porridges - oat, buckwheat.

This week decided to complete a two-week course of drinking Aktiviya kefiric as most after all it was necessary to spend on drink an antibiotic course. In such cases and at problems with digestion it helps out me always, by the way, and promotes weight loss! I will discover secretion - when about ten years ago I took a full course of anti-cellulite massage + wrappings + gymnastics + healthy nutrition, joined in this course also "Aktivia" as one of the best which underwent clinical testing, fermented milk products. Also advised me to drink BonAqua or Akvaminerale water, but it to me now, honestly, it is too expensive, and here from a course of Aktiviya it will not be worse!!!



Also at last I after all visited "optovka" and was bought by such useful products as:

sheep cheese (it is absent any more! ate together with the bricketed croutons bought dietary oat in the same place, even the daughter checked out such sandwich!),


oat croutons (very quickly dispersed, it will be necessary to buy still!),


dried apricots and prunes (very tasty, as well as it was written, just you will lick fingers!!!),


jelly fruit jelly (if to refuse sweet, then it is fine and tasty replacement!).


Also bought a few almonds and a filbert, but I will not be fond, I will pull pleasure!


Yes, bought gradually pickled cabbage with beet and carrot, an asparagus. It is tasty too, it is useful and it is possible to eat without restrictions!



As children at me yet not absolutely recovered, and all of us are the most part of time of the house, bought still the frozen cranberry and blackcurrant for preparation of home-made fruit drinks and compotes, they with pleasure are drunk by all our family!



That else... Bought tasty whole-grain bread, there such choice that can in a dream will dream! Of course, if was by car, would take away all more, but, I think, and so a little healthy nutrition to myself and the family I provided!!!


Breakfast: The first breakfast. Porridge / hard-boiled boiled eggs / small loafs (or whole-grain bread) with sheep cheese, tea with blackcurrant or grassy with mint and a thyme.

The second breakfast. "Aktivia" kefiric + is a little cottage cheese + a grapefruit half + tea (compote, fruit drink), I can eat apple, pear, banana instead of grapefruit. As now at us different viruses behave violently, surely I add a lemon, a cranberry, blackcurrant to drinks.

Having a snack: dried fruits, oat croutons with sheep cheese, cabbage.

Lunch: This week afforded luxury there is for lunch hot: chicken soup, mushroom bulyonchik, plus, cutlets or chicken, fresh vegetables salads or just separately pepper, cucumber.

Having a snack: apples, cabbage, croutons, greens, besides, sheep cheese with whole-grain bread, dried apricots and raisin moderately.

Dinner: (or/or) "Aktivia" kefiric + cottage cheese, chicken, fish. Plus, of course, vegetables, herbal tea or tea with currant.

About fast food. And again this week only we try to adhere fast, and it is rather, correct, food. I give to children practically everything that is eaten - chicken, meat, fish, boiled eggs, milk, a kislomolochka. I do not see sense to be limited after a disease when it is necessary to be restored and strengthen to the maximum quicker immunity as far as that is possible! Increased to the maximum (in reasonable doses) amount of vitamin C in food and drinks. At us it is dogrose syrup, blackcurrant, a cranberry - in drinks, red pepper - in food. Plus, of course, we drink "antiscorbutic vitamin".

Itself I try to drink more liquid, to use the products rich with vitamin C, cellulose (see food). I drink often teas, with blackcurrant, with a cranberry. Very much I want to try the recipe of fast weight loss with cinnamon and honey, but there it is necessary to drink mix twice a day on get thin a stomach, meanwhile I am rather afraid. I think, here I will recover absolutely, I will experiment then!


Physical. loadings. Every day I do small gymnastics, I stand in a level in the evening. Twice a day - the hidden gymnastics. During week-end there was practically no opportunity to leave for a long time the house therefore it was limited to a running on shops and in drugstore. At us slowly begins to melt snow which not mortal quantity, especially at us on the mountain, I think, it is already necessary to look after to himself and children new gumboots!!! Very much I wait for heat and the real spring, let it at last will bring us health!!!



Leaving. Souls, masochka... Here on what this week mine had a rest a body and soul! And let they were a little, but it, together with a morning dream, believe, such dushespasayushchy medicine!!! Tried new cream-gel from Yves Rocher who bought at them in shop, smart not so long ago! Lipsticks new too very much were pleasant and flower new water of nothing too! At work everything when I come, began to notice that it look good, so process went!!!


Vitamins. I continue to drink "Komplivit", dietary supplements from "the Health Den" (a complex from sea hedgehogs and a complex from a trepang) ended. In a complex with the rest they helped me to keep up with the difficult pace of the last weeks!
