Irina1980. I want to be slender. The report for the 6th week.
To all who came into my next marathon report, kind time of day! This week was very active in respect of the movement. There were many walks and just walking in the fresh air, but about everything - one after another!
Food. Tried to lean more on vegetables (cabbage, sweet pepper, fresh cucumbers), it is slightly less - on fruit (generally this week it were apples, pears, tangerines), to drink more water.
Still, I drink a day not less than one and a half liters of water, in the morning on an empty stomach - 1 tsp of linseed oil.
From healthy nutrition in my diet still remain: cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir, porridges - oat, buckwheat, I eat together with children.
Breakfast: porridge / hard-boiled boiled eggs / small loafs with paste + the whole grapefruit + herbal tea or a cup of coffee, I can eat apple, pear, banana instead of grapefruit. As now at us different viruses behave violently, I add a lemon, a cranberry, blackcurrant. Generally I have with them tea, I do compotes, I do fruit drinks of a fresh cranberry.
Lunch: there were pelmeni, potatoes in a uniform, rice, pancakes with meat, plus, of course, fresh vegetables salads or just separately pepper, a cucumber.
Having a snack: when I want to eat, I chew either apple, or carrot, or rye bran, I add cheese, low-fat yogurt + cottage cheese, dried apricots and raisin moderately.
Dinner: kefir or 1.5% yogurt, cottage cheese, vegetables fruit, herbal tea or tea with currant.
About fast food. As by the end of this week ached at first the son with high temperature, and now and the daughter, decided to wait a little with fast food still a little. We eat boiled hard-boiled eggs, dairy and fermented milk products. Increased to the maximum (in reasonable doses) amount of vitamin C in food and drinks. At us it is dogrose syrup, blackcurrant, a cranberry - in drinks, red pepper - in food. Plus, of course, we drink "antiscorbutic vitamin".
Physical. loadings. Every day I do small gymnastics, I stand in a level in the evening. Twice a day - the hidden gymnastics. Due to the big load at work (there comes the commission, we prepare!), plus, all week participated in a competition of commentators on the Birdie, on full-fledged charging and a dream there was practically no time. All week - in a lunch break of walk, and at the end of the week chased on shops, in drugstore - generally, at full scale!!! During week-end practically was in time nothing since children one by one got sick, it was necessary to give up all affairs and to look after!!!
Leaving. Naturally, it is a shower and srubs where without them? This week there was only a necessary leaving, on a minimum. As temperature at the daughter will fall down, I will try to do masochka after all!
Vitamins. I continue to drink "Komplivit", dietary supplements from "the Health Den" (a complex from sea hedgehogs and a complex from a trepang) ended. In a complex with the rest they helped me to keep up with the difficult pace of the last weeks!

As I understand, we have one more, last marathon week. I will try to settle house problems and to adequately finish it, but I will not think, we will look! Honestly, for me this week two main the tasks - to cure children and at last to get enough sleep!!!
This week still minus 0.5 kg, total, since the beginning of a marathon - minus 2 kg, i.e. my program at least is executed!!! Naturally, it only the beginning, after the termination of a marathon I will try to continue and to watch especially over health, healthy nutrition and physical. loadings!!! All - the successful termination of a marathon and the excellent beginning of week!!!
