This week was especially plentiful on different entertainments. Two cakes were the largest - one at work the colleague treated, he had anniversary; ordered the second to the daughter on the fifth anniversary - cake turned out big, on more than two kilograms, very beautiful!


Above the doll Little Mermaid whom we after eating up of cake turned into the ballerina sat. The stuffing is peach and pineapple, in the best tradaition of firm... Well, at you slobbers did not begin to flow yet? Here and I kept as could, having bought before it a tasty fermented kapustka with beet and carrot, sparzhy and still some low-calorie products for Birthday of the daughter. And still tried to have more herbal tea.




Cake I after all tasted a small slice, but also only! But all others were delighted with a surprise simply, and Polinka managed to make after all the wish and to blow out the five-year candle!


From healthy nutrition in my diet still remain: cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir, porridges - oat, buckwheat, I eat together with children.

Breakfast:
porridge (boiled hard boiled eggs) + the whole grapefruit + herbal tea or a cup of coffee, I can eat apple instead of grapefruit.

Lunch:
soups, unsalted chicken (breast) or braised beef, fresh vegetables salads.

Having a snack:
when I want to eat, I chew either apple, or carrot, or rye bran, I add cheese, low-fat yogurt.

Dinner: kefir or 1.5% yogurt, cottage cheese, vegetables fruit.

About fast food. Bought magazines with new recipes, including, and fast. It is quite possible to live on fast food, the main thing - to manage to diversify it! Today, for example, ate potato with stewed mushrooms and sauerkraut, looney tasty!!!









Physical. loadings.
Every day I do small gymnastics, I stand in a level in the evening and I add a little power loading. Twice a day - the hidden gymnastics.


Having come since Tuesday to work, I try to be run at least from the floor on the floor as soon as possible. During the lunchtime left and walked down the street, in parallel carrying out the hidden gymnastics. It invigorates a little and distracts from a routine.
