Food. Tried to lean more on vegetables (cabbage, sweet pepper, fresh cucumbers, carrots), it is slightly less - on fruit (generally this week it were apples, it is a little pears, tangerines, oranges, grapefruits), to drink more water.

Still, I drink a day not less than one and a half liters of water, in the morning on an empty stomach - 1 tsp of linseed oil.


Of course, at work and houses holidays did not take place unnoticed in respect of a food! At work and houses were cakes, candies and other sweets. Tried to eat whenever possible all in the small portions, ate a lot of sauerkraut, carrots, a saw grass and green teas.




From healthy nutrition in my diet still remain: cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir, porridges - oat, buckwheat, I eat together with children.


Breakfast: porridge (boiled hard boiled eggs) + the whole grapefruit + herbal tea or a cup of coffee, I can eat apple instead of grapefruit.
Lunch: soups (for holidays made to herself easy mushroom soup, very tasty!), unsalted chicken (breast) or braised beef, fresh vegetables salads.
Having a snack: when I want to eat, I chew either apple, or carrot, or rye bran, I add cheese, low-fat yogurt. I add from next week a little dried apricots and raisin, but moderately.
Dinner: kefir or 1.5% yogurt, cottage cheese, vegetables fruit.
About fast food. I prepare something according to fast recipes, I very much like buckwheat cereal with mushrooms, a stewed kapustka with haricot. It is quite possible to live on fast food, the main thing - to manage to diversify it! I do not adhere to a strict post, I eat fish, eggs, dairy products. It more likely even not a lenten menu, and something close to healthy nutrition...


Physical. loadings. Every day I do small gymnastics, I stand in a level in the evening and I add a little power loading. Twice a day - the hidden gymnastics. During week-end - jog on shops. Today (on March 11) at last was chosen to the city behind purchases gifts, at the same time, and walk jog quite good turned out! (It is necessary to adjust and carry a pedometer after all...)
So I had DR not so long ago, came on a card in Yves Rocher, took two lipsticks at the price of one, plus, gel with a 30% discount, it turned out very favourably! Plus, in honor of DR presented me small toilet water "Spring Freshness" (mini-option) and small lip gloss. About other purchases I will not tell, it is a secret, I will tell only that to me a distance of money for gifts which I with pleasure bought!!!



Leaving. Naturally, it is a shower and srubs where without them? During week-end at least there was time to take care of the own life! Made at last one of fabric masochek which girls sent me on the previous exchanges, at least the person does not dry now! Of course, basic care behind a face, hands and legs - according to the plan.
Vitamins. I continue to drink "Komplivit", began already new packing, and course dietary supplements from "the Health Den" (a complex from sea hedgehogs and a complex from a trepang). Now it are just required for me maintenance of immunity and, it is desirable, improvement of mood. Unfortunately, they already come to an end!!!

I think, this week passed more or less not for nothing, still minus 0.5 kg, despite a set of temptations in food too! Total, since the beginning of a marathon - minus 1.5 kg!!! As they say, ice started, the main thing to adhere to the scheduled course now!
