My weight for the beginning of a present "pokhudatelny" marathon - 90-92 kg, growth - 172 cm. I gained weight after the son's birth, still I fight against it, however, with variable success. By New year was there was a wish to dump from 2 to 5 kg (at least!!!), during the holiday there is a wish to look beautifully and after it too!!!

What am I going to do? First of all, to exclude all farinaceous food and sweet, to a minimum to limit salinity, seasonings. There are more porridges, fermented milk products, vegetables and fruit. Scales to me, thank God, repaired so control is now!!!

In the morning, as always, I try to drink more water on an empty stomach. I try to eat fractionally, not to starve, but also not to eat too much. I hope, at me it will turn out!!! Plus, of course, gymnastics whenever possible.

Care of a body. Two times a week - scrubbing + use of wrappings and anti-cellulite means. For this purpose in an arsenal the following collected:

The second having a snack. Similar to the first.

Dinner. I try to eat not late. For the night if something also I afford, then besides a lung.

BAN!!! To limit all farinaceous food, sweet.

FIZ-RA. So far only small charging, generally in breaks at work!

PERSONAL CARE. Shower, srubs. So far business did not reach wrappings.

2 WEEK. 14.11-20.11. I will not be adjusted on weight loss in any way, the "perebezhny" way of life affects!!! Weight dances so far, plus or minus a kilogram from initial. I implement the plan only for a minimum: surely since morning I drink first of all a glass of water, then only I eat.

Breakfast. Porridge, or yogurt, fruit. Sometimes I add couple of toasts with cheese, jam.

Lunch. Chicken with vegetables, soy sauce.

Dinner. I try to eat not late. For the night if something also I afford, then besides a lung.

BAN!!! I want to limit all farinaceous food, sweet to the maximum.

3 WEEK. 21.11-27.11. I fight against excess weight with variable success. For today weight is 91.0 kg. Brings life on the run and having a snack. Few times there were chips and others of yum-yum. MAGIC PENDEL is NECESSARY!!! When houses, surely since morning I drink first of all a glass of water (it will be necessary to add linseed oil still again!), then only I eat.

Breakfast. Porridge, or yogurt, fruit.

Having a snack. Apple, pear or other fruit. Cheese, cottage cheese.

Lunch. Chicken with vegetables, soy sauce. Or a bulyonchik plus salad without mayonnaise.

The second having a snack. Similar to the first. I can add otrubny small loafs.

Dinner. Dinner time floating. I try to eat something a lung - fish, vegetables, cottage cheese, yogurt.

For the night if something also I afford, then besides a lung.

BAN!!! On farinaceous food, sweet I limit to several segments of bitter chocolate, fruit jelly, a zephyr. I cannot refuse bread yet, but I try to eat it or with bran, or just black and gradually.

4 WEEK. 28.11-04.12. Girls, it is just some guard!!! Weight went up, now again 93.0 kg!!! The workmate at work as I left, went on leave at once, I one on two places, am not in time, strongly I am nervous, long I remain after work, an otsyuyud all excesses and unhealthy having a snack!!! SAVE COUNCILS!!!

Dinner. Dinner time floating. I try to eat something a lung - fish, vegetables, cottage cheese, yogurt. During week-end unexpected guests appeared suddenly, and rushed - pelmeni, salads...

5 WEEK. 05.12 - 11.12. Tried to control weight, but all the same there were some flaws in food. Now weight fluctuates 92.0-92.5 kg (after all minus 0.5-1.0kg!!!), I will move further now, I hope, down!!! To plow to me one more week at work for two, but now I try to drink more kislomolochka, there are more vegetables. Yesterday bought Aktivia bioyoghurt, earlier it repeatedly saved me, want to try, if it works, to conduct a two-week course for digestion improvement. I lean on pears and apples - it is from fruit. I force to eat myself porridge, I know that it is necessary to me.

6 WEEK. 12.12 - 18.12. Weight at the end of the week again 93.0 kg! This week I continue to fight against extra kilos, but something is very bad at me it turns out!!! I import more vegetables, especially I lean on vegetable salads with beet and cabbage. On December 12 the husband had DR, there was a flaw - ate "fur coats". More no holidays to the 23rd are planned so I will behave!!!

What will you advise still, girls, for a raising of mood and a tone???

Lunch. All week tried to eat more or less properly. I lean on vegetable cabbage, beet salads. On a trace. to week I plan to add boiled chicken, mushrooms.

Dinner. Dinner time floating. I try to eat something a lung - vegetables, cottage cheese, yogurt. Late was late at work, it was necessary to have supper there. In spite of the fact that danced literally to exhaustion, except sore legs received in a makeweight also couple of extra kilos!!! Here such I am "marafonshchitsa", abuse me!!! I think, now it is necessary to grow thin only after holidays, here and so!!! Gradually I prepare for NG, including, and in respect of products. As we should meet year of the Red Fiery Rooster, I decided to minimize all "kurosoderzhashchy" products, i.e. chicken, eggs and, of course, mayonnaise. I will buy more vegetables and greens, red fish and still some useful seafood. Besides, in a stock there are mushrooms and the frozen berries...

Breakfast. I continue to drink on an empty stomach linseed oil, but I want to try to purge after holidays porridge according to our Ninochka's recipe for what to it many thanks! Summing up the results (at once I will tell that I am not going to stop and on NG-ny vacation closely I am going to take care of the own life and the health!!!). The endurance, of course, failed me. And still finished work till the night plus time conversion. I am not repaid at all, but presence of stresses at me leads to "obzhiralovka"!!! Hope, on holidays to enjoy though some rest and to GET ENOUGH SLEEP!!! I will try to lead active lifestyle as far as I will be able. My dream - to begin to do "level" and massage hope, will be fulfilled!!!

About weight. Weight kept more or less steadily all marathon, I will not tell that it strongly decreased, but attempts were. Brought the NG-ny office party of the 23rd. I will not give empty promises, I will just try to take care of the own life closely after holidays!!! All with coming New 2017!!!
