5 Factors diet
You will not starve on this diet! You are expected by 5 meals and one day a week without any restrictions. Each 2 weeks you will lose on 1 kilogram, - the author of a diet considers.The creator of a diet of "5 Factors" (The 5-Factor Diet) is fitness trainer of celebrities Harley Pasternak. He considers that its invention – at all even not a diet, but lifestyle. For the first time the principles of a diet were formulated by Pasternak in 2004. Since then his clients are celebrities with the magnificent tightened figures: John Maier, Jessica Simpson, Orlando Blum, Alice Kiz, Kanye West, Halley of Berry.
Advantage is that the diet is suitable for men.
Main principles
All in this diet rotate around figure "5". In day you need 5 various products, cooking takes no more than 5 minutes, 5 meals a day and also 25 – the minute training in day consisting of 5-minute pieces of 5 times a week.
Harley Pasternak promises that such food keeps at the stable and low level the content of sugar in blood, and mood (thanks to frequent meals) and energy remain at the high level throughout the day.
The recommended products for a diet of "5 Factors"
Every day in each meal there have to be products from five various groups:
1. Protein. Egg whites, fish, fast meat, fowl, the fat-free dairy products are recommended.
2. Complex carbohydrates. Are recommended: vegetables, sweet potatoes, wild rice, haricot, lentil, porridge.
3. Cellulose. Are recommended: whole-wheat flour, haricot, wild rice, white bread, fruit and vegetables with an edible peel, seeds.
4. Healthy fats. Are recommended: fat fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines, iridescent trout), peanut butter, olive oil, rape oil, sunflower oil, linseed oil.
5. Drinks without sugar: water, sparkling water without sugar, coffee, tea, unsweetened energy drink.
The forbidden products
Alcohol is forbidden, but in the day off it is possible to eat and drink anything.
Under restriction – the packed and preserved foods and also those which demand long efforts on preparation.
Exercises
It is recommended to train 5 times a week 25 minutes a day (at least) – interval trainings 5 minutes.
Typical menu of a diet "5 Factors"
The daily diet is 5 meals: 3 main and 2 having a snack. The typical menu can look so:
The 1st meal
Porridge with cinnamon and apple, egg whites.

The 2nd meal
Skim cheese with apple.
The 3rd meal
Chicken breast salad and curry, fat-free yogurt, whole-grain bread.
The 4th meal
Brown rice, low-fat cheese, salami.
The 5th meal
Salmon with a lemon, vegetables on couple, fresh vegetables salad.
Examples of having a snack:
- A celery with skim cheese
- A toast with a smoked salmon, tomato and the fat-free cream cheese
- Chicken breast with lettuce leaves, strips of pepper and the fat-free cream cheese
- Pie from brown rice with the fat-free cheese and beef.
- A marinated herring with the fat-free sour cream
