Breakfast (4 options at choice, caloric content are 250 kcal):
1) 30 g of oat flakes with milk
2) 1 piece of bread for toasts, the baked tomatoes, cheese
3) banana sandwich: 2 slices of bread, banana slice, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
4) 1 toast, 1 coddled egg, half-glass of orange juice
Lunch (one of options, 250 kcal):
1) a large portion of salad, apple or orange, sandwich from 50 g of cold chicken without thin skin
2) 200 g of potatoes, a large portion of salad with a glass of dietary yogurt, 25 g of cheese
Dinner (one of options, meal caloric content – 400 kcal):
1) any low-calorie ready dishes, large portion of salad
2) 150 g of chicken or turkey, 75 g of fried potatoes or 125 g of boiled potatoes, vegetables
3) 75 g of spaghetti with tinned tomato sauce and 75 g of shrimps, vegetable or fruit salad
4) 75 g of spaghetti with tinned tomato sauce and 110 g of boiled chicken, vegetable or fruit salad
Desserts (one of options on 200 kcal):
1) 2 glasses of wine, peach slices
2) nectarines with soft cheese, two small biscuits
