General Motors diet

General Motors, or in abbreviated form – GM as it is called in professional circles. It lasts only 7 days. And how works?

Main principles of a diet

The third day.

The fourth day.

The sixth day.
The same, as well as fifth day – proteinaceous.

For a change for breakfast – 3 boiled eggs, apple. Other diet – same, as in the 5th day.

This day the general losses of weight can be about 2.5 - 3 kg.

The seventh day.
The diet the day before yesterday repeats, still brown rice as a garnish is only added.

Losses of weight are 3.2 kg. However 1 kilogram or even 1.5 can return within the next week if not to observe moderation.
