- 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
Preparation:

Ingredients:

- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of the Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons of garlick sauce
- 1/4 cups of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 glasses of flour
- 1 tablespoon of the crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tablespoons of paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
To warm an oven to 350 degrees. To sprinkle a frying pan vegetable oil. To put strips of sweet potatoes. To strew with cinnamon and sugar at will. To bake about 30 minutes.
To strew fillet on both sides with salt, pepper and paprika. In an average bowl mix milk, egg, the Tabasco sauce, mustard and garlic.
To unite breadcrumbs, flour, shredded red pepper, paprika, salt and pepper.

Salmon salad
Ingredients:
- 2 small fillets of a salmon
- 1/2 glasses of water
- 1/2 glasses of white wine
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- Spinach
- The cut carrots
- The cut sweet pepper
- The onions cut in cubes
Preparation:
Salt both the parties fillet of a salmon, pepper and parsley. To place in a pan and to add water and white wine until fillet becomes covered entirely. To cover and bring to boiling. Then to reduce fire and to cook about 10 minutes.
To mix a boiled salmon with fresh spinach, carrots, onions, sweet pepper and the cut hard-boiled eggs. To fill with any light sauce or oil.
