Approximate menu autumn 10-day detox diet:
The listed dishes can be eaten 4-5 times a day.
The first day.
Cabbage, beet and greens vegetable oil salad. Apple juice.
The second day.
2 fresh apples, gerkulesovy porridge with berries.
The third day.
500 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 2 apples, 15 chernoslivin.
The fourth day.
1 apple (it is possible baked). Berry smuz (shake up any berries in the blender, it is possible to add kefir or yogurt).
The fifth day.
Buckwheat cereal with vegetable oil and greens (fennel, parsley, onions).
The sixth day.
Boiled haricot with greens and green peas.
The seventh day.
Buckwheat, stuffed cabbage, carrots.
The eighth day.
Vermicelli with cottage cheese, spinach, fennel and parsley salad. Berry smuz.
The ninth day.
Dietary borsch with haricot. Berry smuz.
The tenth day.
Millet cereal, fruit salad, fresh berries and fruit compote.

Recipe berry smuz: Blendiruyte 1 banana and 100 g of any berries, add 200 g of kefir or curdled milk.
Drink not less than 1.5-2 l of water a day. Water not only increases the volume of the masses which is in intestines, but also promotes swelling of food fibers that strengthens a vermicular movement.
If you got hungry, eat some fruit. For example, soft laxative deytviy apples possess. Eat them in an hour after a meal.
As having a snack it is possible to eat crude vegetables (sheet salad, cabbage, pumpkin, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers). Before going to bed it is possible to drink kefir or curdled milk.
