ABC diet

It is a 50-day diet, each of days of which is strictly limited by a certain number of calories: from 800 to 0.

0 – designates day when it is not allowed to eat anything, such days in a diet – 5.

The diet is developed by ABC with the purpose to deceive metabolism, eating every day the different number of calories. Thus, the organism ceases to reserve fat. And patients achieve good results in loss of weight.

1 day - 500 calories, the 2nd day - 500; 3 day - 300; 4 day - 400; 5 day - 100; 6 day - 200; 7 day - 300.

1 day - 400 calories, the 2nd day - 500; 3 day – 0 (fasting day); 4 day - 150; 5 day - 200; 6 day - 400; 7 day - 350.

Week 3.
1 day - 250 calories, 2 day - 200; 3 day – 0 (fasting day); 4 day - 200; 5 day - 100; 6 day – 0 (fasting day); 7 day - 300.

Week 4.
1 day - 250 calories, 2 day - 200; 3 day - 150; 4 day - 100; 5 day - 50; 6 day - 100; 7 day - 200.

Week 5.
1 day - 200 calories, the 2nd day - 300; 3 day - 800; 4 day – 0 (fasting day), the 5th day - 250; 6 day - 350; 7 day - 450.

Week 6.
1 day – 0 (fasting day), 2 day - 500; 3 day - 450; 4 day - 400; 5 day - 350; 6 day - 300; 7 day - 250.

Week 7.
1 day - 200 calories, 2 day - 200; 3 day - 250; 4 day - 200; the 5th day - 300; 6 day - 200; 7 day - 150.

Week 8.
1 day – 0 (fasting day).



Contraindications
ABC a diet is not recommended to the people having disorder of food behavior (anorexia, bulimia).

It is longer impossible to apply this diet, than 50 days.

Fatigue, malnutrition, depression and even paranoia can be serious consequences of a diet.

The main risk of a diet is that it is very low-calorie diet. Experts do not recommend to consume less than 1000 calories a day not to ruin health of internals. In this diet the maximum number of calories daily – 800 that is great risk for health.
