This diet belongs to the category fast a detox diets. The creator of a structural diet doctor Marek Bardadin from Poland offers a detox course for the weekend. In general, one - and two - day a detox diet are safe for health, they can be tried also without decision of the doctor. Longer detoksa should be carried out only under observation of the expert.
What is structural products?
The structural diet is based on the simple principle: all products recommended in it contain a minimum of calories and a maximum of vitamins, mineral substances and antioxidants. It does not demand preparation of difficult dishes. If before a diet you get all necessary ingredients, then will be able to make useful cocktails very quickly.
Rules of a diet of Bardadin
Some days before a diet gradually you bring greasy proteinaceous food out of a diet. Refuse spicy food, sweet, strong tea and coffee.
Begin clarification on Friday evening. But before making for itself the first cocktail, have mineral water and green tea. Till 18:30 it is necessary to drink in total 1.5 liters of liquid.
Cook cocktails just before the use and drink in usual reception hours of food. Cocktails contain a set of nutrients and few calories.
The diet will end at 18:30 on Sunday. But it does not mean that at this time you will be able to press fried meat or potato at once. It is the best of all if you till next morning do not have supper, and you will begin morning of Monday with easy porridge. Then you can hope for good result.

How does Bardadin's diet work?

To whom is Bardadin's diet contraindicated?
You do not go on the cleaning diet if you have any chronic disease, for example, of a hypertension or diabetes. If your work is connected with hard physical work and also if you intensively play sports – you also should not use a detox diet.

Friday
18.30. Mix a glass of yogurt or kefir in the blender with small banana, 1 tsp of linen sunflower seeds, sprouts or wheat bran.
Saturday
8.00. Mix a glass of soy milk from 200 g of the frozen strawberry, 1 tsp of sunflower seeds and sprouts of wheat or 2 tablespoons of wheat bran.
11.30. Mix 300 ml of orange juice from 1 tsp of sprouts of wheat or 2 tsps of bran and 4 pieces of dried apricots.
15.00. Make cocktail of 300 ml of tomato juice, half banks of a tuna, 1 tsp of sunflower seeds and a fucus (it is possible to buy in drugstore).
18.30. Make cocktail of 1 glass of soy milk, 6 pieces of dried apricots, 1 tsp of a linen seed and 2 tsps of wheat bran.
Sunday
8.00. Cocktail prepare from 1 glass of soy milk, 200 g of strawberry (it is possible to take frozen), 1 tsp of sunflower seeds, sprouts of wheat or 2 tsps of wheat bran.
11.30. Mix 300 ml of orange juice from 1 tsp of sprouts of wheat or 2 tsps of wheat bran and 4 pieces of dried apricots.
15.00. Make cocktail of 300 ml of tomato juice, half banks of a tuna, 1 tsp of sunflower seeds and a fucus. It is possible to add garlic glove.
18.30. Mix a glass of soy milk in the blender with small banana, 1 tsp of linen sunflower seeds, 1 tsp of sprouts of wheat or 2 tsps of wheat bran.
