11:30: Coconut water *
13:30 (lunch): Carrots and ginger salad (the recipe is lower)
16:00 (afternoon snack): small handful of pumpkin and sunflower sunflower seeds
18:00 (dinner): Broccoli soup (the recipe is lower)

* Make sure that coconut water without addition of sugar. Most it is ideal – fresh water just from a coco, but there is also coconut water in packages (as juice). Coconut water is, in fact, a juice of a young coco, in packing happens to pulp.

THE SECOND DAY
7:00 (or earlier when you wake up): Glass of lemon water of room temperature
8:00: Herbal tea
10:00 (breakfast): Cocktail from raspberry and rice milk (the recipe is lower)
11:30: Coconut water
13:30 (lunch): Fillet of a chicken of Detox (the recipe is lower) and the greens processed on couple
16:00 (afternoon snack): Miso soup with a garden cress (the recipe is lower)
18:00 (dinner): Cucumber cold soup (the recipe is lower)

THE THIRD DAY
7:00 (or earlier when you wake up): Glass of lemon water of room temperature
8:00: Herbal tea
10:00 (breakfast): porridge (it is better on water, but if you cannot, then it is possible on rice water or on coconut water)
11:30: Coconut water
13:30 (lunch): Bilberry and almond cocktail
16:00 (afternoon snack): Cucumber cocktail with a lime and a basil
18:00 (dinner): Soup miso or juice

THE FOURTH DAY
7:00 (or earlier when you wake up): Glass of lemon water of room temperature
8:00: Herbal tea
10:00 (breakfast): Cocktail from mango and coconut milk (the principle of preparation same, as at bilberry and almond)
11:30: Coconut water
13:30 (lunch): soup miso
16:00 (afternoon snack): bilberry handful
18:00 (dinner): a salmon on couple

THE FIFTH DAY
7:00 (or earlier when you wake up): Glass of lemon water of room temperature
8:00: Herbal tea
10:00 (breakfast): Cocktail from almond milk and a peach (the principle of preparation same, as at bilberry and almond)
11:30: Coconut water
13:30 (lunch): Crude vegetables (carrots, green beans, a garden radish, cucumbers, vegetable marrows) with carrot and ginger sauce
16:00 (afternoon snack): Cocktail from beet, carrots, apple and juice of ginger
18:00 (dinner): Cucumber and avocado soup

THE SIXTH DAY
7:00 (or earlier when you wake up): Glass of lemon water of room temperature
8:00: Herbal tea
10:00 (breakfast): Bilberry and almond cocktail
11:30: Coconut water
13:30 (lunch): A salmon together with greens, olive oil and lemon juice (the recipe is lower)

18:00 (dinner): a salmon on couple, greens, a fried vegetable marrow


RECIPES

• Carrots and ginger sauce salad.
The compounding allows to make sauce at once for two portions of salad so keep the remains for the next day.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Products:
- 1 big carrots peeled and largely cut
- 1 big bulb cleaned and largely cut
- 2 tablespoons of largely cut fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon of sweet white miso *
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of fried oil of seeds of sesame
- 1 / 4 glasses of grape oil
- 2 tablespoons of water
- lettuce leaves and any greens which is pleasant to you (it is possible to include red onions)
- ¼ avocados to cut in cubes



Preparation: to cut carrots, onions and ginger, to place them in the blender and to crush. We add to this mix miso, and again everything to process vinegar, sesame oil. On small turns of the blender to pour in water and grape oil in mix. We fill in greens, lettuce leaves and avocado with mix from the blender – the dish is ready.

* What is miso? It is such paste, prepares from rice, soy or from wheat. Traditional seasoning of Japanese cuisine. Most often miso is a rice paste of red or white color, taste various – sharp, sweet, salty. Now this product can be bought in some supermodels. For example, in Moscow miso is on sale in networks "Metro", "Ashan", "Kukhni stran mira". Kilogram packing costs 150 rubles, 100-gram – about 40 rubles. It is important that paste which you buy was smooth and bright – it is better red.

• Broccoli arugula soup. The main approach in soups of their this diet is a set of clean and natural products. Such soup can be made also of more available ingredients – peas, a basil, vegetable marrows, carrots and ginger. Hot soup is very important in a diet "detox". As it is necessary to drink a lot of water, juice and cocktails, the organism with pleasure accepts something warm and simple. The compounding is calculated on two portions therefore you can divide soup into two parts.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Products:
- 1 tablespoon of olivky oil
- 1 garlic glove which is small cut
- the half of a bulb cut in cubes
- 1 head of broccoli to cut small florets
- two and a half glasses of water
- on 1/4 teaspoon of coarse salt and ground black pepper
- 3 / 4 cups of arugula (it is possible a garden cress)
- 1 / 2 lemons



Preparation: Heat olive oil in an average pan on average fire. To add garlic and onions and to fry within a minute or before emergence of aroma. To add some broccoli and to cook within four minutes or till bright green color. To add water, salt and pepper, to bring to boiling, reduce fire and to cover. To prepare 8 more minutes. Pour soup in the blender and make puree with arugula until mix becomes uniform. Be very careful when mixing hot liquids: begin on slow turns. It is better to serve soup, having sprinkled it a fresh lemon.

• Soup miso with a garden cress. It is possible to make broth for the week ahead, and then to add miso neposredstvnnno before the use. The garden cress can be replaced with others thinly - the cut vegetables: carrots, zucchini or mushrooms.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Products: (for 4 portions)
- 6 glasses of water
- 50 g of flakes of a dried mackerel
- 3 dried mushrooms
- 4 pieces of a dry tuna or mackerel
- 6 tablespoons of paste miso
- 2 cups of leaves garden cress



Preparation: Heat water and when bubbles begin to be formed at edges, add a tuna. Fire can be added and boiled within 2 minutes. Switch off fire and let broth infuse 5 minutes. Products:
- 1 / 3 glasses of balsam vinegar
- 1 / 3 glasses of syrup of an agave
- 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
- 1 / 4 teaspoons of fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon miso
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 onions shallot which are small cut
- 4 branches of cilantro which are largely cut



Preparation: Mix balsam vinegar, agave syrup, ginger and pepper in a small saucepan. To bring to boiling and to cook 10 minutes. To cool, then to add miso and water.
To pickle chicken in sauce at least hour before cooking. Before cooking were successful from a breast surplus of marinade, to prepare in a grill 3-4 minutes from each party. To get, sprinkle with green onions and cilantro.

- 1 cucumber cleaned and without seeds, largely cut
- 1 / 2 avocados peeled and largely cut
