The difference between these two methods is that at first during a 30-day method you have to be engaged for three hours a day, and having passed to a 90-day method, time of occupations is reduced by an hour – till two o'clock in day.

I ate nothing, except proteinaceous soup, during the whole week. Such soup: carrots, a celery, broccoli, chicken breast, almost without salt. And it was painful! I sometimes died of hunger, but tried to keep. After all experiment!

From the beginning of the second week my menu was such:

- Breakfast: two eggs (boiled) or a piece of bacon from a turkey, plus a small amount of fruit.

- Lunch: protein bar.

- Dinner: small amount of protein and vegetables. For example, it could be a half of chicken breast and a handful of spinach.

Hunger was such strong times that frequent it was difficult to fall asleep. And sometimes and darkened in eyes a little.

Fortunately, on the third week it was possible to start other menu. But also it is rather rigid. Everything needed to be steamed, on a grill or to cook. Strict ban on starch. Any bread, potatoes, pasta and rice. All are blown without fat, there are no dairy products, red meat is forbidden and everything prepares without salt.

And I sustained it. What results? Of course, I did not become Gwyneth, but lost in weight much, and my size changed from the 12th (44th) to the 10th (42nd). And I am really happy and, at last, I have a body of which dreamed".

But by Tracey's method people have deficit of 1700 calories a day.

For similar low-calorie diets there are very big restrictions. Your health has to be completely normal, especially heart.

Such diet as Tracey's method will give loss of nearly three kilograms a week, but you will lose not fat, - doctor Catherine Collins says. She considers that those people who consume not enough protein provoke situation when the organism begins to devour internals (kidneys, a liver, heart) to fill requirements of protein. For this reason having anorexia can die of heart attack.

The lack of carbohydrates will lead to violation of the structure of muscles, deterioration in motive functions. And it is very bad, especially, if such level of physical activity what advises Tracey is supposed.
