Asian diet: how to grow thin, eating noodles and bread?
The Asian diet does not provide any serious restrictions in food, it was developed by the non-profit food center Oldways in Boston. Nutritsiolog created quite balanced pyramid of food on the basis of dishes of Asian cuisine. At the heart of a diet there are products, typical for Asia: rice, noodles, bread, a millet, corn, wholegrain and also a large number of fruit, vegetables, bean, seeds, nuts and vegetable oils — it is possible to eat all this every day, but moderately. At least two times a week need to be eaten fish or seafood. Once a week it is possible to afford eggs, a bird and a dessert. Red meat is allowed to eat once a month. It is also necessary to drink six glasses of water a day and tea. Alcohol can be afforded only occasionally.

Authors of a diet advise to place emphasis on rice, noodles, bread and wholegrain right at the beginning. Such food will not allow you to remain hungry. Do not forget about rice and noodles soups, similar dishes quickly fill a stomach and perfectly sate. Gradually increase amount of fruit and vegetables in a diet. After several weeks reduce amount of noodles and increase amount of vegetables.
