Turkey/chicken meat with pumpkin and apples

I do quite often a bird with pumpkin and apples.
We take a bird. In this case I had a back indyushiny part. It is possible to take ham chicken or wings. And very tasty so to do indyushach wings. We wash meat, we salt and we pepper.
We put a foil (I have two cloths fastened in one big leaf) on a baking sheet, we take onions and we cut it rings, we spread in one layer only on those places where there will be a meat. It in order that meat did not stick to a foil. The husband eats these onions, I throw out.
We cut pumpkin segments, we fill from above a little salt, pepper and rosemary, we pour olive oil (it is possible also sunflower, olive gives just other smell and smack, I prefer to mix both oils 50 on 50), by hands it is mixed that each segment received the portion of spices:
We spread pumpkin segments around meat, and between them segments of the apples scraped seeds. The more, the more tasty. On a foil we pour slightly some sunflower oil and water (three-four tablespoons that steam was formed).
