My weight at the beginning autumn a marathon: 68, 100 kg.

My purpose was:

- healthy nutrition
- There are more vegetables
- Water drink not less than 1.5 l.
- Food there are in the small portions, 4-5 times a day
- To minimize sweet also in the first half of day
- Physical exercises in the first half of day
- To strengthen muscles
- Daily walking

At once I want to note that my food underwent significant changes.

- I began to drink more water: 1500 l.
- Almost ceased to eat sweets. Exception: Bitter chocolate, several segments in the morning. To steam of sticks of a fruit candy.
I noticed that when nobody tempted me with sweets, I did not eat them at all. And when tempted, kept as
"firm tin tell-tale". For me it is big break as earlier, I could not without sweet at all.
- Did not eat for the night.
- Ate 4-5 times a day, small portions. Small portions for me it is not difficult. Difficultly for a thicket to eat.
- Proteins in the form of bean, turkeys, chickens, a liver, language.
- Began to eat more vegetables:

Bought to herself beet, carrot, pepper sweet, tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkin, greens, avocado, persimmon, apples, berries
frozen.
Did various salads:

In the morning surely porridges: Oat, buckwheat, millet, rice, corn. Kashi only on water.

I ate Kashi with the processed chia seeds, a source the Omega-3

Ovsyanoblin. It is delicious!!!

Daily fermented milk products: Cottage cheese, yogurt Greek, for the night biobalance of 1%

Did exercises every other day on different groups of muscles.
- For strengthening of muscles of a back.
- On external and internal sides of hips.
- Push-ups.

Every day on a press:

Exercise "bicycle", legs as low as possible, so heavier, 70 times.
Exercise "twisting" - on press-50 time.
Vascular gymnastics - every day.

Reached 90 sec. - any more could not. Weak muscles of hands. I work on it, I do push-ups,
