The purpose of a marathon was such:
in the course of a marathon I want
- to tighten a body as do not twist, and flabby sites were got with age...
- to get rid of 1 kg of weight

So, at first results, and then the report on how it was succeeded to achieve these results.
Initial weight of this stage of a marathon:
59, 9 kg.

Weight by the end of a marathon of 57 kg.
Minus 2.9 to or minus 5% of initial weight.

Now measurements (initial to end a marathon / deviation in cm)
Grasp of a waist of 78 cm / 76.1 (-1.9)
Grasp of hips of 98.4 cm / 96.4 (-2)
Grasp of a stomach of 84 cm / 81.6 (-2.4)
Hip grasp (measurement of one leg) of 55 cm/53 (-2)
Forearm grasp (measurement of one hand) of 32 cm / 30.3 (-1.7)
On all measurements minuses!!! I very much am glad to it!!!
At mature age (I will call the age so) many women gain weight because of hormonal changes, delay of metabolism and many other factors. And somehow to resist to these changes - it is necessary to work on itself, to try to be physically active and to eat consciously. This my opinion...
In respect of a marathon I had 5 points which I tried to carry out as much as possible:
1. Physical activities.
I put this point on the first place because my purpose in a marathon was to lose not so much weight (fortunately, I have no large number of extra kilos), how many "to tighten and grind" a figure, to strengthen muscles and to increase elasticity of sheaves. Without physical exercises it is impossible in any way.
What did I do throughout a marathon?
- went on foot (fast pace) much, did not use the elevator, at work used phone for the solution of some questions less, and preferred to rise because of a table and "legs" on office. The trifle, and actually it approximately plus 2.5 thousand steps seems. Checked the program which is specially downloaded in phone. And for a backbone change of a pose only with advantage, and for eyes.
- did together with colleagues office gymnastics of at least 1 times, sometimes 2 times a day. Thanks to my friendly staff which very much helped me with a marathon, was interested in results, noticed these results and marafonit together!
Little girls, you are the best!

- once a week went to the pool after work, floated for one visit of 35-45 minutes;

- once a week (this Sunday) went to the gym to a volleyball small party;

- in a lunch break was "the most charming and attractive" - played table tennis in the hall at work; here thanks to the management of our organization for a tennis table and the given opportunity to use the hall between floors.

- regularly did "the hidden gymnastics" on separate groups of muscles;
- sometimes left to the park with the Scandinavian sticks and was engaged in the Scandinavian walking;

- not less than 3-4 times a week was engaged on a health circle.
2. Drinking mode
To drink water 1.8 - 2 liters a day for me it is already a habit!!!
3. Food
I always read structure of products to make a right choice. And during a marathon learned from little girls - a marafonok a lot of new in respect of the range and healthy nutrition. Thanks! Also analyzed different diets and adopted for itself such rules:
- first of all not to overeat (reduced the usual portion a little, reduced a dinner by a third);
- not to be fond of fancy bread and bakery (I do not eat white loaf absolutely, I love rye bezdrozhzhevy, on ferments);
- vegetables and fruit always on a table (fruit - in the first half of day);



- to add to a diet of cellulose and rough fibers (increased amount of vegetables, crude, stewed, baked, sauerkraut);

- fractional food (two breakfasts, a lunch, having a snack after a lunch and a dinner)
- various food (I eat everything on - to a nemnog, except white loaf, rolls, smoked products, fast food...)

4. Good mood
Any diet or any "to force itself" is a certain stress. Therefore I also included such point - "good mood" in the program. Anything was... And the mood a miscellaneous was... But I know that it is necessary for me to receive a positive and inspiration - to go to concerts, exhibitions, to breathe fresh air, to admire the nature and not to quarrel, not to enter the conflicts, to communicate with positive people.
5. Ukhodovy means during a marathon:
- the warming and weakening gels before physical activity;
- massagers (at me is them a little);
- masks and srubs with a maximum of natural components.

But the main thing for me - not to be lazy! Not to postpone on "then, tomorrow, sometime", and every day to work. Then the result will be stable.
Only in the photo saw that my favourite sviterok became unexpectedly rather big... It does not matter!
