The decision to take part in a marathon of symmetry was not accidental: I checked photos from sea tour and came to shock from the figure. I know that my type of a figure "rectangle", but not a square! With look at:

Body weight at me was 63.3 kg - it seems and not many, but the fat foully hung over a waist. And the waist left to wish a lot of the best.

Since the beginning of a marathon I changed in the life much and is very happy with results.

1. Food
I completely refused semi-finished products, fried food, pastries, sweets, sandwiches, store juice, carbonated drinks. Reduced consumption of sugar to a minimum - 1.5 teaspoons in the morning with coffee, learned to have green tea without sugar. Bread I eat only otrubny, 1-2 pieces with first course. And removed mayonnaise from a diet. And here creamy and vegetable - every day surely I eat oil: I add to porridges and salads. If to exclude from a diet fats completely, skin will strongly suffer! Still I increased in a diet of a dish from vegetables - from carrots, beet, cabbage. From fruit I prefer apples and a citrus, and bananas - only occasionally, in them there is a lot of sugar.
Results of my efforts: by the end of the I stage body weight was 61.9 kg, and now - 60.9 kg. I sought to reach 61 kg: at me it turned out!
Photographed scales as the husband in a business trip: long jumped from them a broom to record indicators. Did not want that it was visible feet: not really beautiful!

2. Work with a figure
For giving of symmetry to a figure I turned on a circle "Health", was engaged in walking on the place, twisted "Hula-Hup", was wrung out from a wall, did inclinations. When picked nuts, was very great: and made business, and - physical culture worked. The tree big, was necessary to collect 3 times a day. On the city I went only on foot that too is important.
In the morning and in the evening I did deep massage of a stomach of Tuyfu. Every day did respiratory gymnastics and biolifting of a stomach by a technique G. Grossmann.
Results: the grasp of hips by the beginning of the II stage was 93.5 cm, became - 90 cm, the grasp of a waist was 77 cm - there were 74 cm, the grasp on the center of a stomach in the most convex place was 90 cm, became - 82 cm.
Here what I became:

Hardly found clothes for a photo - I have all models a few "oversize" now. The photo of the jeans delayed on a waistline not really well turned out - it is not visible that the gap makes decent size. I wear them with a belt.

3. Work with the person
