Houses, I carried out the most elementary exercises: press, squats, moves legs, attacks.
But with food still there were problems. My serious relation to sport began with a flashmob on our website: "Stroyney together". It stimulated me to adjust food, to begin to be engaged even more and at last to go to gym! Houses, I for occupations have two gantelka on 5 kg, two weights on 16 kg and one weight on 24 kg. But desire to increase the results did not abandon me, but how to be said: there was no that kick which would take me to gym. This "kick" was for me my niece who goes to gym and for several months already achieved very good results!
At last I bought the subscription! For the first time as I came I very much hesitated that all look at me, around there were huge beefy men and girls who lifted as for me it seemed the huge of weight!
The trainer was quite strict, and looked at me as if does not believe in me and that I will not last long.
