And let I was engaged at home independently until my daughter slept or sat with the father, but after two months of a concentrated study my body was tightened and beautiful again. It betrayed to me huge self-confidence against the background of the "sporty" husband, and I did not even feel any postnatal depression.

Now I am 31 years old. We have the next replenishment in family soon. We wait for the sonny. But despite it, I try to behave in a tone again. Charging, walks on fresh air, the water aerobics and yoga for pregnant women, the healthy and balanced nutrition, vitamins are my way of life.
