Days became longer, the sun is brighter.
And here I make plans again.
On scales of +4 kg in 4 months. (((
It is necessary to dump them in 3 months.
What will help me with it?
1. Reduction of calories in food.
2. Refusal of fast carbohydrates.
3. Gymnastics at home.
4. Self-massage of a body.

I set the purposes such:
To dump 4 kg, to increase elasticity of muscles, to improve quality of skin, to lift a self-assessment.
My weight for today: 68 kg.
Height is 170 cm.

My assistants:

Sports equipment: dumbbells, elastic bands, an expander, a jump rope, weighting compounds for legs / hands.
Muesli and a granola will help with healthy nutrition and refusal of fast carbohydrates.

Dietary supplements: a special complex with green tea, chrome and antioxidants which is checked personally by me still a year ago.

He really helps to keep appetite under control.

Peanut butter with a slice of bread and a cup of cocoa with milk is my breakfast in the mornings.

Sweeteners without sense of guilt---syrup of a kerob which even diabetics can use.
And agave syrup---too a dietary product, instead of sugar.


The exercise bike with indicators of distance, calories, pulse, speed...

The first week: March 13-19.
The first week flew by as a whirlwind...
There was not enough sport (the daughter was ill), but began a diet: buckwheat, cabbage, low-calorie having a snack.

Did massage with oil---all this that could. The second week promises to be more active in respect of sport.

The second week began with a virus at the son, passed school on Monday, cough and cold strenuously treated, I was exhausted, energy was not absolutely.
On Tuesday sent to school and held a training with dumbbells and massage of problem zones. It was very happy with herself.)))
On Wednesday it was necessary to trudge in school, caused to the director of an important question, plus it was necessary to be prepared for a birthday of children.
Kept to a diet.
On Thursday children had birthday in a narrow circle, I ate cake.
On Friday removed the house, played in the game room in cafe with friends in the evening and ate any harmful dishes. I had coffee without sugar and any buns...
On Saturday participated in a parade from school, could not hold a training.
On Sunday went to the monastery on morning service, then in shop behind the scooter to the daughter (her desired gift for birthday).
The report detained, I am exhausted physically and the mood fell because of some strange problems. Thank God, not with health.
I feel that the third week will be with small progress, I very much try.
Week the third on March 27 - on April 2.
Within the third week I make daily foot walks in the mornings, a fast pace, together with a dog.
On Tuesday there was an active training with dumbbells, the exercise bike, swing of a press.
In the next days too actively was engaged, the training with dumbbells was also on Friday!
Food: I try to hold a diet, moderate, without fanaticism.
I drink water instead of sweet drinks.
On Sunday it was weighed: minus 500 g, approximately.




Week the fourth on April 3-9.
Critical days began, so far cancelled trainings.
On Thursday held a good training with dumbbells, swing of a press, an extension.
On Friday morning muscles ached a bit.
I try to control food.
On Friday made massage with cream and oil from above not to stretch skin.
The body began to enter a tone, it is pleasant)))
On Sunday held a training again.
Did not rise on scales.

Week the fifth on April 10-16.
Preeaster week passed in bustle, but I managed to hold 2 trainings with dumbbells, a press, an extension. Nothing there was no time to get on the bicycle, but, we will make up.
Children have vacation and I absolutely have no time to take care of the own life or to prepare something for itself separately. I try not to overeat. But for Easter ate cake.
Did not rise on scales, but on clothes I understand that there is no minus (((

Week 6: April 17-23.
Everything is very difficult... Trainings trouble, there is no time. I am engaged in plants, children, the house.
In the middle of the week in family of the husband there was a sad event and a funeral is planned for Saturday.
The mood is any, we in mourning.
From a stress I began to forget some small things: names, directions... (Where went and behind what).
It is necessary to keep.

Week 7: April 24-30.

Tried to behave, not to jam a stress. Reduced portions of food, sweet. Did not eat chocolate absolutely and there is no wish. On scales did not rise.
The gymnastics was several times, generally short on time as absolutely there is no time to take care of the own life.
Some vicious circle of duties, by the evening hardly I move. (((
I accept collagen, magnesium and a complex for density of bones (the doctor registered). When I remember, I drink an omega.
The husband picked up colibacillus, again a stress and new cares...

Week 8: May 1-7.

Again did not notice how time flew by... I have a busy schedule, it is necessary to be in time a lot of things.
The full moon + an eclipse was passed with nerves... Not at me, at people around.
There was not enough sport last week.
But kept to a diet, continued to reduce calories. Useless calories.
The result is: minus 1.5 kg from the beginning of a marathon!!!
Hurrah!!! Rose on scales and very much was delighted. It is best incentive to continue.)))))

I plan to add more sport.

Week 9: May 8-14.

I keep weight, I reduce food caloric content. I try to hold trainings as planned. Entered nothing new into leaving.
On May 14 ate cake during the birthday.

Week 10: May 15-21.
I limit myself in excess calories, I try not to eat some farinaceous food and sweet.
On Thursday there was a forced fasting day---went on cleaning of a scale to the stomatologist. Then there was a ban for day for color food. Gum were ill after cleaning, I was not hungry, to drink. Ate rice, boiled on water. Bread and milk.
Friday---swung a press and legs.
From a stress I do not eat, began to have antioxidant Matca tea. It is a kind of green tea, but very nice to the taste, gentle. They say, helps to lose weight.
On Saturday it was weighed: 66 "with kopeks".))) It is a breakfast and water, probably. It is advisable to be weighed on an empty stomach, but do not give me free minute.
Became a habit to swing a press. That's wonderful! Only several minutes a day are necessary even if is not enough for other training of time.

Week 11: May 22-28.
The difficult period in life, everything troubles, I visit doctors for the purpose of prevention, I fly teeth, etc.
I keep to a diet, sport zero. (((
