I was always glad to take part in any marathon, came to this for the first time.
I have an inactive way of life, work at the computer. Here also received – muscles not in a tone, the back hurts. First of all, I need to strengthen an organism in general. What I began to be engaged at the end of last year in. My marathon is devoted to care of the body, an emphasis on healthy nutrition, psychological study, to remove the limiting installations.
My purposes:
• To strengthen back muscles, to work over a bearing. For this purpose I will go to the gym. On what group occupations I will get, I will write in the diary of the report. As the husband has a floating schedule, will go in different days. So far descended on yoga and an extension, impressions cool. Not such I and motionless as I thought.
• To tighten hips, for this purpose picked up a set of exercises.
• Skin of all body at me dry, I quite often in a hurry do not apply cream. Will kick an incentive of now and not to forget to do it. It is especially necessary to work brushes and feet. Can even massages or wrappings to do with oil.
• To watch food, to eat more vegetables, greens, nuts and fruit. When you do not control process, there is no mode, ate, did not eat.
Means found not much so far: hand cream, legs, bust, body balm.

I will try to apply creams every day.

1 Week (01.03. – 07:03.)
My ukhodovy creams for every day: during the day several times I apply on hands cream with pantenoly and Delicare olive extract, in the evening on a decollete zone – the mesoluxury bioreinforcing cream, on a body - balm with hyaluronic acid, on feet – the moisturizing foot cream.
01.03. Monday – massage of brushes with avocado oil. Now very much skin of hands dries, I do not know any more what to do.
02.03. Tuesday – day of sport, there was in the gym a power training on hands.
04.03. Thursday – massage of feet with the moisturizing cream.
05.03. Friday - day of sport, the yogi for beginners + to boors after the training.
07.03. Sunday – day of sport, a power training with a bar, further massage of a back at the expert. And after all this went, got warm in boors.
As I only began to play sports, trainings go on an hour, it was not simple. Therefore I had the minimum care of a body so far, was not in time. But watched food. Tried to form to itself by the rule of a plate lunches and dinners.

Had only green or herbal tea. Refused black tea and coffee. Tried not to forget to eat pumpkin seeds and nuts.
2 Week (08.03. – 14:03.)
Same Ukhodovy means. In respect of sports activities, week passed poorly, because of sharp weather changes there was a feeling sick. And also small appetite and drowsiness.
09.03. Tuesday – used a body scrub, a massage brush walked on hips and legs. Made manicure, only without painting of nails.

10.03. Wednesday – a power training with elastic bands Dzhimstik + to boors.
Daily massage of feet with cream. Foot cream reached a limit while I apply body balm on feet.
3 Week (15.03. – 21:03.)
When there passes the third week of leaving, results of our efforts become noticeable.
Week was saturated, active, very much it was pleasant to me. Was in time in a week many different actions for the body to make.
15.03. Monday – an extension for a body under beautiful quiet music. The trainer carried out such cool exercises, quiet, without anguish, but at the same time the saturated training was. Then made a tray with salt and essential oil of not role, steamed legs, made a pedicure. Legs relaxed, received the mass of pleasant things.
17.03. Wednesday – day of sport, occupation yoga.
19.03. Friday – day of sport, an individual training in gym. On different groups of muscles walked on several different exercise machines.
Not just sports activities, a body not plastic from sedentary work are given. But I try, and there is a wish to be engaged more and more. Tried to eat the whole week more, especially vegetables and greens. Made cottage cheese casserole according to the new recipe, it was not pleasant, I will still do.
4 Week (22.03. – 28.03.)
22.03. Monday – day of sport, was engaged on exercise machines. Pumped up muscles of hands and hips a little.
24.03. Wednesday – day of sport, the yogi.
26.03. Friday – again yoga, then a sauna. Compared a sauna to hammam as that the sauna not really suited me, too there dry heat and high temperature. Today it was very heavy to be engaged, legs did not bend anywhere, it is difficult to do inclinations.
Descended on massage of a back 3 times.
On a result of four weeks I can tell, muscles were tightened. Even to the touch quite another matter, I feel muscle bulk. At the beginning of a way of a muscle were as strings as the masseur noticed.
Watched all week food, ate every day nuts or seeds.
5 Week (29.03. – 04:04.)
29.03. Monday – day of sport, a ball on an extension in the gym, then to boors.
30.03. Tuesday – a bathtub with sea salt. A brush made grinding – massage of hips. Made to herself manicure without painting of nails. Updated foot cream. For mitigation and moistening of feet I will apply every day cream with urea from DNTs.

31.03. Wednesday - day of sport, was engaged on exercise machines, then warming up in boors.
01.04. Thursday – went to a training the Step on the platform. It is a different linking of exercises of walking, using a step the platform. Very intensive occupation, for me turned out with some difficulty, but effective. I will sometimes visit such trainings.
At the weekend arranged fasting days, did not eat heavy food. It is a lot of greens, salads also diluted all this with fish. Except care of a body also I try to look after a face and hair. I do constantly masks, massage on a face. I try to be quiet, balanced, not to be nervous. I want not only external changes, but also internal. Began to listen to mantras, the interesting direction.
6 Week (05.04. – 11:04.)
Week passed as if by me. The eldest son got sick, I worried all week, was engaged in treatment. Had no time for itself and there was no wish at sad mood something to do.
To days off he was on the mend, on Saturday and Sunday I decided to make up for lost time.
Two days went to the gym, was engaged on exercise machines. Worked muscles of a back, hands and a hip.
Got the massager for a back. Well does in a neck zone. Made massage on Saturday and on Sunday.

Steamed legs in sea salt with essential oil of not role. Made a pedicure, legs are happy.
Made for herself bezglyutenovy bread (in the recipe used psillium, chickpeas and rice flour).

Very much I love it, for me very tasty, and not especially it is pleasant to mine.
7 Week (12.04. – 18:04.)
There was no opportunity to go on weekdays to the gym therefore trainings only during week-end were. All week watched food, ate many vegetables and greens.
On weekdays – massage of a vorotnikovy zone by means of my massager 10 minutes.
On Friday – an imperial bathtub with salt. Walked a srub on all body from the top to the Piglet. Feeling of purity and high.
On Saturday – a training in the gym a step on the platform. Fast walking, is a lot of different sheaves, on a half to a training I was already strongly tired. Nevertheless I lack endurance.
On Sunday – I visited dances in Latino style. Very much it was pleasant to me, so plastic trainer, cool. Music easy and pleasant. Just most that for end of week on a positive.
8 Week (19.04. – 25.04.)
My week was, not care of a body, but repair and constant cleaning. We did repair on a balcony, it took the whole 4 days. And I had every day the FlyLady's marathon. Every evening after departure of workers I washed all kitchen, cloud of dust was everywhere. Here I had such sport.
And only on Friday I could go to the gym on yoga. We perfectly worked, my body got used to such loadings, and all exercises at me already turn out. After the training got warm in boors.
On Saturday I allowed herself to have a sleep 2 hours during the lunchtime. Such fatigue constantly rolled something to do. And that, it is useful for an organism too, I gained strength and energy. Made to herself manicure, massage of feet in the evening. I feel cool, had a rest and filled.
