Alsunchik. Spring Marathon of symmetry and beauty of a body of 2021. Results.

Girls, all hello!
As that quickly and not considerably the Marathon flew by, but anyway it is necessary to sum up the results.
So, in the first and second weeks I tried to do everything to the maximum and finally in what that there was a failure, namely in dances.
But main goals are achieved not to be lazy, for example. Can sometimes be and there is a wish not to do exercises, but it becomes itself, on the automatic machine.
I will also not report on care of a body, all the same carried out earlier at least once a week.
Learned to listen to the organism. And before taking to chew something from food I always ask and whether really I want it or can just waters?)). Also we eat many fruit, vegetables. Instead of candies dried fruits and on having a snack too they if there is no wish for some fresh fruit...
It seems, did not do anything special in a marathon, except as morning exercises, several exercises with elastic bands, went on foot much and moderated the appetite a little. And what I received in exchange? Minus of nearly 2.5 kg. and sea of good mood!
