Dear participants of the Marathon and also all to whom our Marathon was interesting!
The whole 8 weeks we "ran" tirelessly...
And here, our Marathon of symmetry and beauty of a body came to an end. Solemnly I declare him CLOSED!

I thank for fine posts, for timely reports, and, above all---for the results achieved by you!!!
It means that everything occurs in time and exactly as has to occur...
The marathon was very useful to us, in the spring! When the organism wakes up after winter laziness...
Many with big enthusiasm responded to the invitation to take part in the Marathon.
Thanks to all participants! You are the best!
Each participant set the personal objects for achievement. Our Marathon became unique because there was no indispensable condition to lose weight!
Usually similar marathons assume indispensable diets for weight loss, plus sport.
We gave the chance to each participant to solve most that it is necessary for it and that attracts it and motivates to change.
First of all, it is the cosmetic care of a body including massages, cellulitis medicines for a skin uvlazheniye.
Further---a power supply system, the most acceptable to each participant.
And, at last, personal program of the movement: walking, trainings in the hall or houses, dances, yoga, etc.

Everyone tried to demonstrate the achievements. But there were also those who hesitate to post personal photos. We understand it and we respect personal space and human rights.
The main thing---each participant could reach the majority of the personal targets!
There is no best award, than feeling of own satisfaction from the done work on itself!
