I work as the accountant, work sedentary, well and of course the excess weight with which there was a constant fight against variable success But I learned to love now the body and to agree with it, - began a way to symmetry in December of last year, is absolute without fanaticism, but having connected physical. loadings, started with the weight of 86 kg, my weight of 81.6 kg., my height of 163 cm today.
I set to myself a specific goal until the end of the Marathon, is 5 kg and not less!
