All hello!
All of us have some shortcomings which we want either to remove, or to correct to the best. I as well as many participants of the action have excess weight and not small.
And my paragraphs of the diary:
1. What a sin to conceal, was gathered by me after the delivery (relaxed too strongly). Today, my weight is
74.8 kg. With my small height of 160 cm, I feel like Winnie-the-Pooh! Also it is necessary to get urgently it together and to grow thin. I will measure all the parameters once in two days and on the end of an action, I will share results!
2. As for the purposes, they will be the following. First, it to reduce weight at least on 5 kg. In 6 weeks, I think that I will not lose weight by bigger. Secondly, to tighten skin in a stomach, hips and bicepses (reduction of volumes).
3. Physical loadings. I will gradually try to obtain that in day there were not less than 10,000 steps. On the first week I will be engaged on 20 - a minute system which I offered and also there will be a hoop and will enter jumps on jump ropes with increase of results. Also, as time will be obligatory I will go to the gym. I will consider steps by means of the Pacer application (it at me in phone) and still I dress the Fitness tracker on a hand.
4. Care of a body. Surely there will be srubs, wrappings, various anti-cellulite means. I will be helped by the following means. I think, it will be enough.
5. Massage. I will precisely do it and every day I will have one zone (I want to study well them). I will do by means of hands and also I have one quite good electric massager.
6. Food. I will try to adhere to the correct use of fast carbohydrates. I refuse sweet (except honey), farinaceous food (instead of bread - there will be low-calorie small loafs). I will try to drink more water as I about it often forget. Instead of meat I will eat more fishes. I drink linseed oil (to follow a new jar already soon). I have cellulose and bought kefir and also drinking yogurts. As I go very to bed late, I will try to eat something easy till 8 in the evening. Completely I refuse mayonnaise, sweet. And at all alcohol!
The report for 24.07-30.07
1. So, with which weight I started 74.8. In a week it was succeeded to throw off 1 kg. I consider that it is quite good.
Parameters strongly did not exchange (a breast - 105, a waist - 87, hips - 104, a hip - 60, a biceps - 33).
2. The purposes did not change.
3. As for physical loadings, there was charging, went much, did special exercises on a stomach and hips. Twisted a hoop and still running on the spot.
4. This week did wrappings of legs, hands and a stomach. Before it srubs were applied and all procedures came to the end with special creams and gels. At me for each area all funds are distributed.
5. Did massage by means of my special electric massager.
6. Food. I try to use BU only in the morning. Did not use sweet and farinaceous food.
The report for 31.07-06.08
1. Weight especially did not change of last week. Were with the daughter on a visit at the grandmother, and she in every possible way tried to fatten us. Tried to behave, and I am glad that though gathered nothing back. Respectively, all parameters same as well as on the first week.
2. The purposes did not change.
3. As for physical loadings, worked hard in a kitchen garden, and it as is well-known influences all groups of muscles
. Also went a lot and went on the small river to float.
4. In care of a body generally used only creams and gels, well and still the srub was.
5. Did massage by hands with use of essential oils.
6. In food there were flaws therefore nothing managed to be thrown off. I hope on the third week I am stabilized though the daughter will have birthday. I cannot refuse a shish kebab.
The report for 07.08-13.08
1. My weight for this week did not change. And there were 73.4. It seems also ran much this week (prepared for the daughter of a birthday), but also oversights were in food because of a holiday. And not one parameter did not exchange (a waist - 106, a breast - 107, hips - 106, a biceps - 33, a hip - 60)
2. The purposes did not change.
3. Physical loadings were and still what (run, went much, squatted). Did a level earlier, then threw. Now I want to do it again every day.
4. This week did srubs, wrapping once, well and of course cream.
5. Started going to massage (anti-cellulite). All legs in bruises, but I hope though some advantage will be.
6. And in food as I already spoke, there were gaps (a cake, etc.) the truth all in a small amount. Drank waters much, I drink linseed oil too. And here I forget to use cellulose, put already on a foreground on a table.
The report for 14.08 - 20.08
1. At last my weight moved off dead center. And since the beginning of a marathon lost weight by 2 kg. Of course interfere with fast loss of weight any holidays. Volumes decrease very slowly (a breast 103, hips - 102, a biceps - 31, a waist - 85).

3. From physical loadings there were many household chores, long walks and special exercises.
4. I continue to use several times a week srubs and I do wrappings. Later I use cream and gels.
5. I continue to go to massage (2-3 times a week). I do all rest of the time its.
6. In food there are interruptions, but absolutely small. Recently I try to eat more boiled, fresh vegetables and fruit and also fish.
The report for 21:08. - 27.08
1. Weight did not change. As lost 2 kg since the beginning, so all also remained. Volumes all on the place as last week (I think it because of excess liquid in CD).
2. The purposes did not change.
3. Physical loadings were small because of CD and generally it is walks.
4. This week used only srubs, did not do wrapping.
5. In plans to make at least three times honey massage. And so did it so far.
6. Food was so to say, unbalanced because of household chores. And still there were birthdays. Rada that gathered nothing though ate a cake and other goodies.
The report for 28.08 - 03.09
1. My weight left the beginning of a marathon on only 3 kg. I of course expected much more, but constant birthdays of relatives and friends in it prevented. Volumes left a little too. Then I will lay out the table with volumes.
2. My objectives not all are achieved, but the most part is executed from them.
3. The fall came, became cold a little and it is already possible more actively to begin to play sports.
4. After CD, I start over again using wrappings, srubs and anti-cellulite creams.
5. Also this week I resume massage sessions.
6. My food became healthier that I put to myself at the beginning of a marathon. There were failures with linseed oil a little, but everything is adjusted now again.
