But at addition of excess salt and sugar, popcorn, really, can do to an organism more harm, than advantage.

So, it is important that popcorn was clean, without additives, fats, oil and so forth. Olive oil, a little sea salt (it is better, than boiled), dry herbs (paprika, fennel) can be the unique seasoning. Try various combinations of these seasonings, and look for new tastes.
